Great way to manage customer issues, questions and reviews

What do you like best about gominga Review Manager?

The app was really easy to use and get accustomed to. It was very convenient to be able to filter the reviews and issues for reporting purposes.

What do you dislike about gominga Review Manager?

Sometimes the app would create duplicates of the issues.

Recommendations to others considering gominga Review Manager?

It is a way to save precious time by working with customer presented issues. Easy to use and manage, so even a novice can understand it.

its very easy to use the thing i dislike the most about gominga is it isnt very easy to use it allows me to sort out reviews and give me a genuine opinion on things gominga review
