What do you like best about HighLevel?

What stands out most to me about HighLevel is how customizable it is. I can design entire funnels, automate follow-up sequences, and create custom dashboards for each client. Plus, the ability to white label everything lets me offer a fully branded experience, which is a huge value add for my agency clients.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

One challenge is that the learning curve can be steep, especially for new team members. Some of the more advanced automations or funnel logic take a bit of time to set up. Also, while the support team is generally helpful, sometimes response times are slower than I'd like, especially during busy periods.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

It’s a true all-in-one app that covers everything from CRM and courses to funnel creation and automation, and it includes unlimited contacts and emails.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

So far, I’ve liked everything this platform has offered me. It feels much more complete than Kartra or ActiveCampaign, and overall it covers what I need in one place.

I like how HighLevel combines CRM, automation, and marketing tools into one platform, which saves a lot of time. The platform helps manage leads, automate tasks, and keep all client interactions organized in one place. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and once everything was configured, it was easy to start the day.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

This platform has a lot of features, so the learning can feel a bit steep at first. Features like workflow automation and funnel setup can take some time to learn, more guidance and onboarding tips would make the process smoother for new users.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

Everyone I had worked with LOVED what they do. I had an amazing experience with Maritiza Aguilera not only was she very knowledgeable on the product but she has fantastic customer facing skills. where i come from we have a company Wegmans grocery stores and it reminded me of this company. Outstanding Customer service on all levels.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

I did have one person who I spoke to that told me High level did not have an option for prospecting so I was at first thinking about going to another company Apollo.io which has this feature. However Mari advised me GHL has this feature and gave me the information needed to stay with my decision to sign up for GHL today.

What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can not answer this yet as I have not even begun to discover all GHL has to offer. However after my initial call with Mari I have to be honest she was giving me goose bumps I was so excited about everything she showed me she is a really great asset to your team. Outstanding C ***** 5 stars for Mari Aguilar.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

HighLevel is a game-changer. It is an all-in-one platform for a business' marketing and operational needs. It's like 6 different software in one login.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Sometimes it's buggy, but only like 2/10 buggy - in loading sites > forms!

What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?

HighLevel helped me set up everything a business needs to do marketing and manage customers. From setting up simple forms to collect information to creating branded email templates and turning it into a campaign, to segmenting contacts leads based on where we get them from through smart lists and to setting up landing pages and funnels to be visible online. Before HighLevel, those different marketing needs are done with 3-6 different platforms - now all possible just by using HighLevel.

Intuitive CRM with Robust Integrations

What do you like best about HighLevel?

I like that HighLevel is easy to use and intuitive. It's not clunky like some other CRMs, and things fit together really nicely without being overly modular. I also find HighLevel was much easier to use than HubSpot and had better support. It's less expensive, with better integration across different tools and modules.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

The website builder, groups, and ecommerce features are still being worked out. The social media integration doesn't work with all platforms, but it's still very good and usable.

What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use HighLevel as a CRM and for email marketing, social media calendar, and website management.
