GoGuardian is excellent for keeping students on task while they’re using Chromebooks. When I notice a student has become distracted, I can quickly redirect them and help them refocus.

I wish setting up sessions were a bit easier. It isn’t the most intuitive at first, but once you invest the time to figure it out, you’re good to go.

It helps keep students accountable. It benefits me because I can manage technology more easily by checking one screen, instead of walking around the classroom and looking at everyone’s screen to make sure they’re staying on the assignment. It also gives students clear expectations and truly creates a better learning environment. Overall, we’re getting more done in our classroom.

GoGuardian is a LIVESAVER when it comes to monitoring student use of devices! I love that I can easily see who is on-task and who isn't. I also love how I can make "scenes" to help control which websites students are on during classtime.

I don't like that all features are not an automatic given; that some have to be "unlocked" by administration for us to use.

GoGuardian is solving the problems of not being able to see all 24 screens of my students in the computer lab and I cannot easily see who is doing what. I also love that this helps me to quickly get students back on task.

It is easy to use and can be automated to start and end at the beginning and end of each class. It also provides very detailed reports showing students' activity on the computer.

Students have found a way around it that needs to be addressed. If a student opens up a webpage, but then makes that page only half the screen, they can then open an unregistered webpage that GoGuardian does not show and keep tabs on.

It helps actively helps monitor students while they are using a computer or software so the teacher can focus on providing support instead of babysitting computer use. It is also an easy way for a teacher to show a whole class of students something quickly by projecting and using a students' computer.

GoGuardian protects students from inappropriate content. Young kids are curious and can accidentally land on unsafe websites. GoGuardian automatically blocks harmful sites and content and also keeps them on task. No longer are teachers having to run around the room scrambling to make sure kids have the right thing open. They can place this on their smart board, and see everyone's screen at one time.

The only thing that I wish GoGuardian could do, is be able to block APPS on the Chromebook. It won't stop them from opening their camera, or downloading a game from the Microsoft Store. You can't see what they are doing on GoGuardian when they are doing this sometimes either.

GoGuardian Teacher has completely changed how I manage technology in my kindergarten classroom. It solves the biggest challenges I face with young learners on devices...keeping them safe online, helping them stay focused, and making transitions smoother. I no longer have to worry about students accidentally accessing inappropriate websites because GoGuardian blocks unsafe content automatically. It also allows me to push out links and close tabs instantly, which saves so much instructional time and reduces frustration for students who are still learning how to navigate technology.

Keeping an eye on student computers all at once has been game changing for my classroom management. I’m able to allow and block certain sites depending on the need of the specific classes.

My students like to use their chromebooks for games and other off task behaviors and goguardian helps me keep an eye on their digital behavior while also managing in person behavior.

Go Guardian is a great software to be able to monitor student on-line usage. You can privately message students, close tabs, take screenshots and monitor what websites they are using.

Our district has disabled the ability to see what students are doing when not in-school on our network, which is difficult to monitor students that may be working virtually from home.

I have been able to monitor and make sure that students are on-task and not visiting websites that are inappropriate or not relevant to class. It has given teachers an opportunity to make sure that students working effectively. I can also communicate with students and message them privately while they are working.

Everything! But seriously the ability to see every student's screen and their other tabs is so helpful. You can block certain sites or make it to where only one site is accessible for that session. I also like that I can see how long they have been idle and how long they have been working. It's very useful when I am gone and I can see how my students used their time with a sub. The chat feature also comes in handy when I am gone and can be online. I can monitor my student's activity and I'm available to help them with anything that they may need me for. I also really love the ability to be able to schedule sessions. They automatically start every class period and I never have to worry about it.

Honestly, there really isn't anything I dislike about GoGuardian. The only thing that ever got on my nerves was the issue of not being able to control the students' screen if they were logged in another teacher's session still, but they added a feature to fix that!

Every teacher needs Go Guardian!

The biggest problem I was able to solve by using GoGuardian was keeping my students on task. I have seen a huge increase in student engagement since our district started using it.

GoGuardian allows me to check in on my students' work but not hover over their shoulders. I can see what they are working on and make suggestions to their progress. I can also close or open their tabs to make sure they are on task.

If students do not have an online window open I can not see their screens. Let's say they have an image pulled up on their screen, I won't be able to see that image.

GoGuardian helps with behavior management and student engagement. I can keep students on task, make sure they are being safe online, and provide them live feedback to their work as they are working.

I love GoGuardian because I'm able to help my students and see their screens. This has been a blessing because during distance learning, I can't help them in the classroom. I feel like they're with me even though they're at home.

There isn't much I dislike. I wish I could have the option to take over their screen and support them that way, but I'm sure that's too much.

Use with Google Classroom. It's your best friend.

I'm able to walk students and families through the websites and have the click on a certain link. ALSO, the call feature is so great! I can share my screen with individual students. So great.

This program was a life saver during my time virtual teaching. It helped me keep tabs on what my students were working on and if they were on task.

That every district does not utilize it.

It's worth every penny if your teachers are teaching virtually.

Keeping students on track. Being able to close tabs they shouldn't have open. Being able to privately chat to them through messages without other students noticing.
