I really like the way you can customize it to fit your needs. We use Gnowbe for digital and blended learning, developing onboarding, leadership training, education, competency training, and measurement.

There are so many options for interactive learning, solo reflection, and community engagement, which I truly appreciate.

The data and insights you can get from the dashboard are truly value-adding.

If you have several workspaces and +30 programs I find the admin site of it a bit tricky.

'Super-easy to use and allows me to produce high-quality multimedia content and learner experiences quickly and smoothly. 'A big boost to productivity for creators and learners. My users find it engaging -- 10-15 times more than simple video-learning. The micro-learning format is terrific for learning on the go (downloadable), social learning, and applying learnings right away to the real world. I appreciate being able to track whether my learners have accessed the material, how much they've read/viewed, how many exercises they've done, etc. 'Also great for events, in which users can download pdf's of material, photos, and their notes. I particularly like having group presenters use it to save a shocking amount of time transitioning between presentations (great when listening to 20 - 30 of them!).

Sorry - can't think of any dislikes. If I have trouble, support gets right back to me and shows me how to do what I want.

Better learning and better use of my time! I put video minilectures in my Gnowbe programs so I don't have to repeat myself to group after group. I also can keep my learners engaged with quizzes, polls, and quotes. Automatic cert issuance is great (with autograded passing score) so I don't use time marking and issuing certifications. Now my workshop participants learn info and practice skills on their own, and we use workshop time applying learnings to a real or practice situation. They get highly-effective in-the-moment insights and consultative guidance from me, not rehashed instructions.

It helps the content creator (coaches for example), can have better insight, and also real time feedback is really great!

Maybe the interface needs more improvement.

Quick access, easy to follow, interactive and fun. Have features that supports deep learning on the go and makes learning fun.

The nudge to remind learners on their progress can be a little 'pushy'. 😬. But I get it. I am kind of a procrastinator.

Providing online learning solution, making it user-friendly and saves time. I am not limited to place to create or learn.

It's so easy to use! And my mind is forever being blown at the amount of new use cases! The support team is awesome and responsive. Especially Nicola Murphy who is my Gnowbe Gnome Guru

There are some system enhancements I'd like. Love to be included in a user stakeholder group for new product features!

Wish the reporting capabilities were more robust. Like adding a link to a session saying this is a Live session' can you take attendance for this session!

We are currently using it as a micro-learning platform in between our live virtual session as a flipped classroom. I'm working weekly with Nicola to increase effectiveness of Gnowbe use.

The fact that it is mobile, it compresses videos and is easy to design content, also it is not scorm that is big and heavy.

Not dislike, but it would be nice if you can arrange the training on your home screen to suit your needs.

Most of our workforce does not have laptops or computers, only mobile devices. We also struggle with Data in SA, and because Gnowbe is mobile, light on data and has an offline mode, it solves our problems.

Gnowbe looks great and is easy for employees to use. The team behind Gnowbe is super responsive with any questions and are always helpful and patient. As an HR person with limited technology skills, this program was easy for me to quickly get content to my employees without me having to try to figure out how to build an app on my own.

There isn't anything I dislike. One thing I think could be improved is once an employee finishes a training, it would show a completed screen and then take them back to the homepage rather than them having to click backwards. Very minor but just a little quirk we noticed.

Gnowbe helps us get quick and inventive trainings to our employees. Teams all across our company can utilize the tool for their trainings and especially during a time where many are working from home, we are all on the same page as to what we know about our company policies and procedures.

Some limitations for sizing of images makes it an extra hassle for curation and user experience
