The solutions are easy to use and the interface is simple for all parties. This is a powerful, automated solution for inventory and order management. The integration works well with our existing systems. The team we met at onboarding stayed with us through the entire implementation process and were always available for questions. They did an outstanding job getting the systems in place.

Implementation can take some time, but it is necessary to get the process right. The GB Commerce team were responsive to all of our requests and kept us in the loop on their progress.

OMG is solving so many aspects of my duty. I am the VP of the marketplaces at Zuay LLC and I manage all our 33 marketplaces with GB commerce, inventory, tracking numbers, orders, warehouse visualization racking inventory, picking area inventory, and main product catalog able to share with any new marketplace with CSV files or directly, I can change prices for all marketplace in one Gbcommerce page, I can see which product is going out of stock and what is selling the most. Honestly, this is a big software and if you work with them to customize per the company's needs is really a game changer and an opportunity to expand your reach in the e-commerce category. But again I would say the best part of Gbcommerce is that they are always there working with you, for me that is the number one positive point and the second point is the capability of the software is a huge software and can manage many marketplaces within three pages and only for that I love it.

With Global Business Commerce’s inventory tracking tools, Teas Etc. has been able to prevent stockouts by setting automatic reorder points. Today, the company is no longer overwhelmed by orders, inventory load, the number of customers, or regulatory requirements, thanks to the ability to easily track and maintain the right amounts of products.

The only thing i dislike is that i didnt find out about GBcommerce earlier!

It takes time to set up, but once it's going it gets better. I wish it had its own merchant processing so it could plug directly into our websites and we'd need no 3'rd party.

GB commerce replaces a lot of the software we were using, the biggest advantages are automation (time-saving) and cost-cutting on our SaaS costs.
