Quick and Easy for Users to Use
What do you like best about GFI Archiver?
The Outlook add-ins. Giving the ability for end-users to look for archived or accidental email deletions.
What do you dislike about GFI Archiver?
The only thing that I disliked for years before we did a major version upgrade was the archiving mailbox getting filled up and not being able to remove all deleted mails.
Recommendations to others considering GFI Archiver?
Have patients with support.
What problems is GFI Archiver solving and how is that benefiting you?
Open Records Request are easy to complete with its search tools.

Convenient archiving

.Works well for email archiving, secure and easy to use

the layout and ui design could be better

Limited space in inbix, all emails can be archived so the communication can always be referenced

GFI Archiver not best product for archiving
What do you like best about GFI Archiver?
Once configured the auto-archive works well.
What do you dislike about GFI Archiver?
Slow response time for our end users on loading and searching. Convoluted setup and management. Too many DBs created making it labor-intensive to find data when needed.
What problems is GFI Archiver solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance regulations for Higher Education institutions require email for faculty and staff to be archived and not deletable by end-users. This is accomplished.
