GetInt made it possible to migrate our Jira data without losing the integrity of our tickets. We were able to retain full ticket history, comments, custom fields, and formatted descriptions—things that would have been completely lost with a standard Excel export/import. The addon includes a wizard that helps you to set up correctly every parameter and each configuration is well described.
