it is user friendly, works 99% of the time and is very helpul
there are times where it cuts out and kicks me out??

Owned and operated call centers for 20 plus years and in that time I've experienced many predictive dialers. From owning premise dialers to working with the first hosted products on the market I've seen it all. 9 years ago I decided to give ChaseData a try and I haven't looked back since. Their support staff is super attentive and always eager to assist. They're always on the cutting edge of technology continuously updating their software with the latest features. The down time is nonexistent. And the quality of calls is phenomenal.
I've made a few suggestions over the years that I would love for them to implement however I understand that if it doesn't help the masses it'll probably get pushed to the back burner.
Their ability to identify bad numbers and eliminate them from the dialing rotation was significantly better than some of their competitors.
They have the best customer support. Always friendly and willing to help.
I sometimes have connection issues when my internet is fine.
It is making it super easy for me reach more people since my company switched over to the auto-dialer instead of the manual dialing
I like that I am able to see how many of a specific disposition I have allocated to my calls. It allows me to track on how many calls I am for each campaign.
The downside is that Im not able to preview details of calls made easily.
It allows me to connect to all the prospects that I can. It allows me to do my work efficiently.
I like how everything is streamlined and easy for me to use

More connect rates which is helpful because I don't waste time waiting for calls to be answered. They immediately are
User friendly interface. Easy to connect to any network and safe to use
Not being able to copy info on dial mode.. unless you have to edit. Sometimes you need to do a quick research on the client whilst you are on the phone

I’m one of the administrators for a large insurance firm that utilizes Chase. Out of all the dialer systems available, none of them have the exceptional customer service and technical support available that Chase offers. I know that when I need help, I can get someone live on the phone to provide the assistance I need. I would strongly recommend this Dialer!
To date, I have not had any negative experiences with ChaseDate.
ChaseData has solved every issue that I have personally come across. This includes new account types, management, and reporting questions. This solves ample time due to the instant service provided.
I love the reliability of DialedIn. I have agents throughout the US, and I never have to worry about them being about to log in and get to work. I also have a group overseas that works with us on our Dialer, and we have had zero issues with uptime.
I would like to see new customer / current customer setup videos. Although Chase has a strong support group, having an online “how to” video library would help tremendously.
DialedIn takes care of Calling customers, storing data and voice recordings and reporting.
Very flexible app, easy to use, provides you the ability to setup all kind of skills from easy to complex.
