Product is awesome for tasks and information accross platforms of banking information and management of tasks and tracking. Information on a daily basis allows both informational views and reporting as well as "to do"

No ability to create your own reports.. but having said that there are so many options to do this that the minor "I need something unique" is hardly a hinderance as their team is immediately capable of assisting in this

Combining data around multiple cores; customization of reporting, creating customizable application procedures...

I like that it serves many purposes, from data analysis to streamlining the onboarding process, and caters to multiple operational teams.

I do not have any dislikes of BankPoint.

It provides easy access to data as shown in the core banking system, so I do not have to wait for information. The onboarding process is completely streamlined, and all documents are consolidated, which makes it very convenient for auditors. Prospects can also send documents securely through their DocuPoint portal. It is easy to use, which is half the battle when it comes to technology.

I like BankPoint for its logical, aesthetic user interface, and I appreciate the company itself for the attention their people give to customer service. It provides a very customized loan approval workflow system that's easy to use for everyone at the bank, from lenders and lending assistants to portfolio managers, credit analysts, and more. Also, it integrates well with Salesforce as well as our core, IBS.

Bankpoint is clean and simple, any user can quickly and easily see or get info they need. We have a lending team of about 75 users and the overwhelming response/feedback I hear is how easy it is to use, even compared to other familiar software they have been using for years.

Our loan origination workflow has improved across the board and document management works much better than what we had before.

It's a smaller company, but the team we have worked during and beyond implementation are knowledgeable and can get tweaks, changes, custom work, enhancements done quickly.

The overall look and use of Bankpoint is very positive, but there are a few places where the ability to have some more customization available would be nice - an example would be having a little more control on layout of certain pages like loan info, etc.

I like BankPoint for its ease of use, user experience, and configurability. It makes adoption easy for processing underwriting, closing, and servicing.

I use BankPoint for loan pipeline management, credit administration, approvals, and automating processes. It's easy to adopt for underwriting, closing, and servicing.

The Customer support is very helpful and always quick to respond and/or take care of any questions or issues.

A few of the features are a bit lenghty or difficult to navigate.

The data storage is good for what we need and we have configured it to be easy and efficent for finding documents. The introduction of the DocuPoint module will assists us in requesting documents and makeing that task more effective and efficient.

The data is only updated after end-of-day processing from the core system. However, imaging and fields updated directly into BankPoint are in real-time

All my monthly and quarterly reports are built from BankPoint reporting as they bring in data from multiple core accounting systems into one platform for comprehensive reviews and viewing capabilities.

Super efficient, we don't need to train our users, better features than competitors like Ncino by far. Super easy to implement and for us to customize ourselves.

Nothing except I wish they could just write a core system, so we could drop our core all together.

How to organize, track, and audit information throughout the bank

BankPoint helps control the chaos with workflow, mapping to core(s), and working with other software. The software is intuitive and easy to set up. The team at BankPoint is responsive and helpful. While working with them, their knowledge base has helped us refine our processes. We see BankPoint as a strategic partner rather than just another vendor.

I have difficulty in finding anything we don't like about BankPoint. When you bring up any features that are missing or could be improved, BankPoint is quick to respond and are receptive to ideas about the software. When they receive a request, they quickly 1) show us how we could accomplish the task through a capability that already exists in the system or 2) find out if changes are feasible. BankPoint will not solve for every want, but they value your opinion and take it into account when developing the software further.

Consider BankPoint as a part of your vendor management search for loan origination workflow software. You won't be disappointed.

BankPoint has cut down our reliance on spreadsheets to handle workflow and pipeline reporting. Additionally, in going through a core conversion, BankPoint was critical to our success for getting month end reporting right. They were also able to map to both cores' imaging software simultaneously for a seamless view of what we had in the file before our images were moved from FISERV Director to Jack Henry Synergy.

I really love how it integrates with the system and very efficient banking management system.

Some functions are not very well explained in the user guides.

It consolidates customers data into one system that helps me simplifies the process.
