I used this file in a small project to evaluate in a small carpentry. It is quite flexible for my business. The reports presented to the board are of high quality with this software. In general, it is a good program. My suggestions are focused on applying emphasis on the reports.

The reports area is pretty good; it should provide a greater level view of mobile devices.

This Excel Addin is pre-populated with many unit cost items which could easily have an inflator applied to them for future use.

It is limited in that it only supports the 16 divisions of CSI Masterformat and is no longer consistent with typical commercial design and construction.

This is an easy to use product for light commercial or residential projects. I've used it to calculate buildouts of commercial lease spaces

This is a good tool for smaller General Contractor Design/Build work where the specification sections would not pose a significant limitation.
