Impressive timekeeping and project management program. Great functionality and reporting that can be customized. We love that we can also see the status of projects and team members in real time.

It helps us to be more organized

PROS: FunctionFox has simple, clean and intuitive design which make the platform easy to use. I’m using this solution for ten years. Every Monday we have meetings and we are ready to manage the following days. We can track time and keep track of everyone’s performance. We can keep track of our time and expenses and to focus more on important things instead of administrative work.

CONS: I’m using it for 10 years and I haven’t found of something to dislike about this platform.

User-friendly and just overall good software

PROS: I like how versatile and user-friendly this software is. It's been a big help when it comes to making sure all the information is correct and updated because it allows us to edit and change anything we may have ignored previously.

CONS: Currently, I don't have any problems with this software. Its interface has become more user-friendly and even aesthetically pleasing with the latest update.

This is perfect for time-keeping

PROS: The things I like the most about this software are its user-friendliness, its simplicity, and its directness. Our company has been using this for a decade now and it has helped keep us organized as well as focused on more creative tasks. Since the program keeps track of billable hours for me I don't have to worry about it as much. It's also so easy to use that I can very quickly fill up my timesheet for the week.

CONS: Quite honestly there's nothing about it that I would consider a negative.

Extremely satisfied with it

PROS: As product manager I found this tool extremely useful for my daily tasks. Why? Because it helps me to be more organize, to manage all my tasks and projects, to manage budget and it helps me to become better manager. I’m using this tool for more than 9 years and I cannot imagine my workday without it. It is so flexible tool so I can set up meetings, brainstorming sessions, produce cost reports. It provides me with full picture about my progress, tasks, costs, budget and work hours.

CONS: I can’t say that I dislike something about this solution.

I have great experience with FunctionFox

PROS: This product is simple, easy to use and untuitive. It provides us with lots of report features. The dashboard is clean and straightforward. There are features to track projects and time. I can create accurate estimates for similar projects, I can track actual time and adjust invoices.

CONS: There is no specific function for changing order.

Easy to use time tracking tool

What do you like best about FunctionFox?

It has a user-friendly interface and makes it easy to track time on various tasks for different clients.

Sometimes it logs me out and I have reset my password in order to log back in.

What do you like best about FunctionFox?

This site is a great way to track billable hours for clients. It is also easy for managers to see when tasks have been completed and makes work flow easier overall.

What do you dislike about FunctionFox?

The rounding function for time tracking does not work and does not have any user support to explain how to use it.

Recommendations to others considering FunctionFox?

FF needs to make settings easier to use and to have better users support.

Time tracking to bill clients. Being able to set up task and mark them as complete.

There are a few hiccups when using function fox but a great deal of them can be chalked up to human error
