This is an overall good software. It is easy to connect to things, like your email. It is great to see what is going on in real time, to see and have that control and exact knowledge. You can also set up good practices and limitations for certain employees.
What do you dislike about Freshdesk Gmail Gadget for G Suite?
It has some connectivity issues; some call problems at times, which is like most software at times. The reporting capabilities also need to be revised to be better.

What do you like best about Freshdesk Gmail Gadget for G Suite?
What I like best is the ability to have all issues and or tasks in one place. It allows for a workday to be more structured, for communication to be more centralized and for greater productivity. The way in which tasks fall into response times prevents anything from falling off of a radar and the reminders are more than helpful.
What do you dislike about Freshdesk Gmail Gadget for G Suite?
I dont like the way in which old task managers stay on your account. Sometimes it can confuse clients when the name attached to a response is from a former employee. If it were easier to remove past employees so that responses are more updated, that would be a great help.

Make sure that you use this if your departments have cross over. If your company has issues that need the attention of multiple departments (users) I highly suggest using freshdesk.

We are getting rid of past problems falling off of our radar. Some issues that take time to resolve were being forgotten. By using the waiting on customer delegation, we are able to keep tasks in our FD queue. Allows you and your users to seemlessly connect to Freshdesk through your companies Gsuite account. I no longer have to remember another username and password, or navigate to our support site, but can seemlessly integrate into my standard email use (which is almost always on one of my screens)
