It’s easy to use and to collaborate with other members of our team. I often use the integration with Google Mail to create a task directly from an email. For a nonprofit organisation, the price isn’t cheap; nevertheless, they offer a discount for mutual collaboration. They also offered help at the beginning, which was useful for getting started. I know Freelo has an Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature, but I haven’t used it yet. I have never had a performance issue, the system is always handy (web, mobile phone).

The worst part is that some people on the team still haven’t adopted the system yet. But to be fair, that’s not Freelo’s fault.

The main goal we set for Freele is to keep all the sport club’s tasks organized and make sure we don’t forget to take care of any of them.

Overview, checkboxes, and multi-level tasks are all covered. When you create a task, you can add instructions, which is helpful for clarifying what needs to be done. When creating sub-tasks, you can add several at once, but if you want to include different details for each sub-task like a different deadline or the person responsible you still need to open each one separately.

Nothing special. At times, you really have to force yourself to type out everything you need in a free-form message, instead of using the other communication methods you’re used to.

Managing multiple projects with diverse teams.

I like that Freelo is intuitive and offers graphical versions like Kanban or Gantt views, which greatly facilitate project organization and tracking. I appreciate that it can intercommunicate with email to receive daily or personalized notifications, which is useful for not forgetting tasks and organizing the day. It also solves problems of lack of visibility about who is doing what, by centralizing tasks, communication, and tracking.

I think maybe the mobile application could be a bit more fluid. Like the desktop version. And there are some tools at the beginning, like the subtasks, that could also be improved in the mobile version, but it's not something critical. For me, the challenge is the levels of possibility for comments both in subtasks and tasks. And I've already seen that with the teams, we occasionally get lost in that. People are commenting on tasks, at the supra level, and yet also simultaneously on subtasks at the concrete level, so the dialogue and continuity are somewhat lost.

Freelo centralizes team communication, improves project coordination and visibility, helping me know what to do and how we are progressing. With charts like Kanban and Gantt, it organizes and tracks tasks easily, even integrating it with email to receive notifications, which prevents forgetting tasks.

I've been working with Freelo for several months now. I'm satisfied. It's clear, notifications come both on mobile and via email. I like the layers of projects, to-do lists and tasks. Possibility of sharing projects with others. Variable environment, easy settings.

They automatically send you too many emails with recommendations how to use it - but it is easy to switch off all these notifications.

There are different tasks with different priorities that are taken care of different people. Freelo enable us to keep on track of all of these and fulfill all tasks on time.

Yes, it's a system that our director started using so he could distribute work and control projects, and I enjoy the specific clarity of seeing what's happening in my team, what's happening in our entire company, that is, the school, and I also like that I can report on the status of my work so that others know how busy I am or how much capacity I have so they can consult with me on other things.

I'm a little disappointed with the company that it spams my email very violently, urging me with a lot of things, weekly reports, etc., and initially, before I set the filter to suit me, it was quite annoying and limiting for me. And it took away my desire to work with this tool.

Similar to the benefits page, I like the option of separating into smaller content sections for individual teams, making it easy to collaborate and redistribute when different team members are busy, so that we can achieve the greatest possible efficiency together.

The software is simple to use and it helps a lot with organizing tasks in our team. I like that there are several levels of hierarchy when it comes to tasks (projects, to-do lists, tasks, sub-tasks) which allows us to plan and organize our work in detail.

I don't have any major dislikes when it comes to Freelo. However, I would appreciate it if there were an option to rearrange the order of the projects and to-do lists on my dashboard.

Freelo helps us stay up to date on our projects. We can see who's working on what and when things are supposed to be done. It prevents chaos and makes us more organized.

I like mindmaps for my work. It is very usefull. I like the effective task management. The ability to divide projects into smaller tasks, set priorities and deadlines. You can comment directly on tasks, which eliminates unnecessarily long email communication.

Work efficiency.

I use Freelo for project management, and I really appreciate that it makes every project structured and less chaotic. I like that it's simple and easy to use. It's great that you can share projects not only with your team but also with external hosts, so everyone can see how the projects are progressing. I also find it helpful that you can add comments to every task, as it allows you to see the history of each task clearly.

The price went up since we joined, but Freelo has special offers for non-profit organisations. Just ask!

Unlike many other tools, this one is really not overkill. It offers great features and can easily be integrated with other tools, such as for invoicing. I most appreciate the Czech support, which responds very quickly and is truly helpful.

I don't know of anything I wouldn't like about Freelo. So far, it suits me in everything and I haven't found anything that bothers me about it.

Thanks to Freelo, I was able to reduce the number of tools I use for work. Instead of Asana and Toggl, I now use Freelo, and a big advantage for me is also the integration with other tools.
