Easy to operate tools like text editor to change text content font type, designing new infotainment flyers using pre-made template, and page splitter to split and re-arrange PDF pages, I use all this tools almost daily and it all available on the same application.

Furthermore, Foxit PDF Reader help to improves professional and business document quality, changing document layout by one-click and proofread all the grammar instantly using AI checker to create a mistake-free document that has upgrade our professionalism in doing business.

Running Foxit PDF Reader from Linux OS desktop is not ideal and full of bugs and dashboard error. As an example, I need to change document format from PDF to WORDX format and the transform button isn't clickable and just freeze in place, restarting the software for few times is not fixing the issue at all.

Thing that is good and I totally recommended with Foxit PDF Reader with their easy access software that suitable to implement on desktop computer, tablet and laptop which allow for flexible access beyond work computer. Foxit PDF Reader need to update and upgrade their template collection design, current option is too slim, as an example, there are only three design option for infotainment and I keep recycling the same design for all my poster and it is not effective in the long run.

It also offer tools like Protect ( to add password to document for security), Editing History (option to rollback to previous edit/version), and Field Functions (to add different field option like checkbox and radio box) that is easy to drag and drop to the document. As a conclusion, Foxit PDF Reader is more than just a PDF reader, also work as editor and integrate easily with Google Cloud for faster file storage.

Operating it on Linux operating system is supported but met with thousand of bugs and error. Too much different from Windows version that run smoothly with quick support system.

Foxit PDF Reader has climb and position their rank for one of the most popular and stable software as a PDF Reader, in my opinion, I also agree with this statement, give how easy to open and read PDF document using their flexible platform that operate on both desktop version and web-browser application. It still relying on the parent software for editing PDF, the integration is easy and need no extra add-on to be installed. Tools like PDF manager, text editor and file format converter is what I use almost every week.

Some tools isn't there to be find, the OCR tools only available on premium account. Even with paid package, I still find the OCR is lacking in speed and accuracy in detecting custom text on image.

Accidently find it while browsing to find free PDF text editor, they provide it for free but with some page limitation, which is ok for my need at that time.

Foxit isn't as popular as Adobe Reader, but its price is cheaper and as good as their competitor. Tools like text editing, format converter, layout changer and e-signature is their best tools. As for operation, their tools is easy to use with various integration option with cloud storage for faster document storage.

Implementation at first is quite confusing, but after received assistant from customer support, their operation is more clearer and make sense why they choose to use this workflow.
