Forumbee is excellent when it comes to customizing the layout of information!

Mass editing is not easily done in Forumbee.

Internal knowledge base hosting is the problem that has been solved—the benefit I've seen from forumbee is the ease of adding new information.

Ability to share new ideas with your peers as well as to see ideas and suggestions from others spread out through the company. We have multiple offices nationwide and its a powerful and efficient way of sharing ideas company-wide.

There's really not much on the dislike side of this program. Maybe have a feature where you can set up notifications on certain topics that are of interest, otherwise, Oops it looks like this is a feature already. You can follow a certain topic and get updated via email. Love it.

Excellent program for business with multiple employees spread out and not in one office.

Ability to suggest new ideas or concerns to the proper channels that focus on the subject.

Everything. We tried multiple forum providers including Plush, Mobilize, Facebook Groups, and Vanilla Forums. All for different reasons, none of these guys were able to meet our needs. ForumBee literally has everything that we were looking for to support our 6000+ member community. We are so thankful for them, and we highly recommend them.

The largest downside to ForumBee is their unwillingness to connect on the phone. I can appreciate the value of them doing this; however, it's been a frustration for us to not be able to develop a deeper relationship with them. We want to be a part of making ForumBee better, but it's going to be difficult when all communication is based in email.

Migrating our 6000+ Facebook Group community to more sophisticated forum software.

We can create different discussion forums based on particular topics.

Pricing is reasonable as 5000 users can access it at the cost of $250 per month.

User interface is less interactive and can be improved.

Its providing a customer engagement platform where we can discuss our concerns on particular topics.
