I love using Flowlu for project management because it offers a lot of functions. The CRM is fully packed, which is great for managing contacts and pipelines. What I really value is the ease of having everything in one place. Previously, we used five different apps, but now all our tasks from CRM and projects are integrated into one calendar, which is super convenient. Plus, the calendar in the mobile app is perfect. The project management tools like Gantt and workflow help in structuring my projects easily.

One small thing feels like it’s missing in one place: a single feed that shows all comments across all projects and deals. It’s a minor issue overall, but it would make it easier to keep track of everything in one view.

Flowlu consolidates everything into one place under a single dashboard, replacing five different apps. It’s really convenient to have CRM tasks, project work, and the calendar all in one place, and the calendar works perfectly in the mobile app. It’s a great fit for consulting firms where you need to build your pipeline, work and track your clients and partners and all interactions. You can connect a project to a deal after the agreement is signed and then continue working on that project in the same system. You can also connect emails to your projects or deals to track all communication with clients, and keep project finances in one place as well.

After trying different platforms, we can confidently say that Flowlu has become the ideal tool for our company. Its all-in-one approach has allowed us to work more efficiently by centralizing project management, tasks, clients, and finances in a single place.

The cost-benefit ratio is truly outstanding, especially when compared to other similar solutions on the market. It offers advanced features at an accessible price, which has been a great added value for our team.

I am delighted with the functionality of this system, how they managed to harmoniously include many functions in one system. Also - Flowlu is constantly making updates due to which the system acquires a perfect look. Thank you! I have studied more than 15 of the most popular CRM systems And if in short, Clickup is really overloaded with functionality and too complicated, Asana lacks a lot of things... The rest are narrowly focused on different industries. But Flowlu is a universal system with great prospects. If they had shares, I would buy!

There's some learning curve. Given the number of features, this is expected of course.

We use a lot of different tools and were looking to get something that would replace most if not all tools under one roof.

The all in one project and task management software.Each feature have separte api.Its makes very easy to ingrate with another software.User friendly.There customer support also awesome.CRM support is also good.

They are still implementing and i don't any kind of issue so i don't have any dislike.

Task mangement is very helpful to meme.

Flowlu is one of the best business management platforms. We can manage many performances quickly like creating to-do lists, creating projects, managing CRM, managing teams, tracking finances, etc.

There are no downsides to using it. It is a wonderful and straightforward tool.

Flowlu is really hard to describe. Think about an all in one business management tool, that is aimed at small and medium businesses but ports over incredible enterprise level features that you would otherwise find in top level CRMs, top level PM tools and such. It's like they ran around and picked out the best features out of all the market favourites, and stuffed their tool with these. For instance, their CRM has a round robin feature for leads. I worked at an enterprise using Salesforce and they couldn't set that up. Absolutely nuts. It's also very utilitarian, and sometimes rigid in functionality, but paired with a paranoid security team I am ok with that. However as long as they will listen to customers it will keep improving.

Some features can be a bit rigid, and the team could listen a bit more to the suggestions of their clients. But overall it's small things, not critical to business operations. More like, trying to explain to a drill sergeant to be more creative, that kinda up-slope suggestions XD

Workflows can be set up in many different ways and with automations and a rock-solid API, but if you're missing a feature, like for instance I miss proposals, then it becomes problematic.

It's like that meme with a swiss knife that has a million layers, that is Flowlu. You can run an entire business on this, you can run a freaking enterprise on this too. That's crazy. I've tried out tons of tools that only support one fraction of the capability Flowlu has and cost double. I just hope it's around for a long long time and keeps improving in the bits and pieces that can still be improved. That's all.
