FloQast Keeps me on track

What do you like best about FloQast?

I absolutely love the reminders; it keeps me on task.

What do you dislike about FloQast?

I have no dislikes, that's it. I have nothing else to say on the matter.

What problems is FloQast solving and how is that benefiting you?

FloQast is solving the reminder problem. Prior to FloQast I used OneNote to track task, but FloQast is better.

It can be quite rigid, some things it forces are not applicable to our situation and this can be fixed by making things a bit les rigid. There should be a better ability to document what has been done in the given period for checklist items. Linkage in the compliance module could be better

What do you like best about FloQast?

The clean look of the FloQast user interface offers an organized experience and the ability to input control information (tests, issues, owners, etc.) enables an efficient use of the system. The ability to assign control owners specific requests and track them accordingly enhances project management.

What do you dislike about FloQast?

Ensure that all control details, risks, evidence, test results, and issues can be easily seen and linked to one control in one simple view would be very helpful. Ensure there is sufficient RCM or testing status reporting.

Qast has helped organize all of our controls, workflows and controls owners in a clean, easy to understand manner My experience with FloQast is quite exceptional

What do you like best about FloQast?

.Intuitive interface makes using the software a breeze, and my workflow has become much more productive than with our previous software

As we haven't used this software much yet, there is truly nothing to suggest about dislike since we have had such a massive improvement

- easy access to workpapers

- limitation on uploading reconciliation files. There's no bulk upload to all subfolders (or even upload 1 master excel file with all the reconciliations to 1 place). We have to manually upload the master excel file to each folder

What do you like best about FloQast?

FloQast creates efficiency by helping organize and prioritize tasks. Additionally, it helps to provide great insight into where bottle necks are during the month end close process and emphasizes issues or changes with any reconciliations. The integration was also seamless!

What do you dislike about FloQast?

There seems to be lower levels of customization, but perhaps I am still learning.

What problems is FloQast solving and how is that benefiting you?

This helps create efficiency during month end close helping to speed up the process and provide insights into where there are issues. Additionally, it helps to create an audit trail which could be lost during the chaos of close.
