I like how easy it is to create various sizes of a creative in much less time than using other software products.

The most helpful quality is the amount of extra work it helps consolidate for our creative teams, allowing for efficiencies and less time spent.

Creating multiple sizes is quick and easy. Creating child animations and utilizing design IDs as well as animated SVGs has also been very helpful in expanding our banner capabilities while maintaining best practices and optimizing delivery times.

There is a learning curve, not a steep one, but it takes time to adjust to, in order to begin thinking about how to best structure banners. Also, text has been our biggest hurdle. Often our creative and art directors will require or request line-breaks at different places depending on the banner layout. We mostly have to resort to creating additional text fields on those sizes and hiding the others. It would be nice if there were a way to let the text field stay the same, but adjust the line breaks either with a custom character, setting the text value to be "unique" on certain sizes, or something other than only an automated line break box.

At this time, the biggest benefit from Flexitive is having the dedicated support for Ad Servers as well as technical issues. These used to fall entirely on myself, but being able to have Flexitive step into that role, I can now focus on bigger picture issues, optimizations, and work.

I dont the fact that there are many limitation when things come to exporting the creative the wait time is really high for rendering single files.

I have solved quick creation of HTMl banners that can take time and benefit is its directly exported in responsive sizes too.

I also use Adobe Animate CC, but Flexitive makes life less complicated

When using Adobe Animate CC I can pan across images and text but I'm unable to do this in Flexitive. On these occasions I revert back to AA CC to complete the task.

some of the UX and UI needs some work - would like to see a closer mirror of Adobe design softwares because I am most comfortable with those. (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)

make several campaigns and versions of banners and get comfortable with the tool. It behaves a bit differently than other popular design softwares which may cause a bit of a learning curve in the beginning.

The time cost of creating banners across multiple sizes

Flexitive saves my team so much time! It's a great tool for easy animation and size creation.

Flexitive is a great step in the right direction if you are struggling with content creation or content management. Their customer service is also top notch!

I've been able to create entire ad packages much more efficiently. It's also great to be able to animate creative without having strong background or skills in that area.

Flexitive really shines as an "automagic" responsive design tool. As a designer, creating 20+ designs for 1 ad that happens to be in 20+ sizes is a huge pain point, not to mention time-consuming.

With Flexitive, I'm able to trim my time down by a fraction of what would be spent in other design tools, while actually spending more time creating fresh ideas--like interactive and dynamic designs.

While you can export to HTML5, animated GIF, and video I wish they had the option to export to PDF for print -- for example crop marks and bleeds.

Flexitive is great for most of my digital. It allows me to get the best balance of creativity and efficiency for robust campaigns. However, if I’m on a project requiring more custom animation, I may consider using another platform.

For digital display: make duplicate layers of you’re wanting to animate something independently of the other sizes.

I can use live type with embedded fonts in my campaigns so I’m able to make changes quickly. I also enjoy the preview page so I’m able to send my clients previews of everything without bothering with an FTP.
