"Great for tracking down stolen vehicles and equipment fast"
What do you like best about Fleet Complete?

It is awesome for tracking equipment and vehicles. Exactly what is supposed to do. The new upgrade to Google Maps and street view makes it even more useful. There is a ton of reporting capabilities with Fleet Complete, and we have many set up. The capabilities we have learned over the last few years are amazing too, some applicable to us and some not but pretty cool all the same.

What do you dislike about Fleet Complete?

There are only a few spots that are a little tricky to navigate in terms of user interface. They are not easily intuitive, but there are only a few spots. Reporting is one that you can get lost in pretty quick but with a few extra minutes and a couple test runs you can usually get the report you are looking for.

Recommendations to others considering Fleet Complete:

The best move you can make to protect your fleet. It has saved us a ton of money in potential lost and stolen equipment and vehicles and time.

What problems is Fleet Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?

First and foremost we use it for safety and it has definitely come in handy there. But the biggest thing is that it has helped us get back every piece of equipment and every vehicle that has been stolen. In fact we had a vehicle stolen this morning and we had it back with police involvement by 930am, and the guy was at work. We had a piece of equipment taken to another province and we were able to track it down and by the end of the day it was in police custody for us to pick it up. It has been a huge saver for us.

What do you like best about Fleet Complete?

Fleet Complete has been very helpful in our agricultural business. The reason that we have chosen to use Fleet Complete over other programs is a). is it compatible with Telus tracking devices and b). it can be programmed to locate and map rural land locations, which is pivotal to our work. It tracks vehicles, plots on maps, and sets rules/alarms for vehicles. Customer service is very good.

What do you dislike about Fleet Complete?

I find Fleet Complete lacks some user ability. In our case, we upload hundreds of GPS locations annually. Mapping new POIs in batches can be a pain in terms of learning the proper formatting. I also wish it could calculate mileage from home to each location automatically. I have not yet found an easy way to do this, and waste hours calculating this manually.

What problems is Fleet Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?

We track all of our fleet, can locate/give directions from the main office, and map all work locations using Fleet Complete. This has streamlined our work and been an asset to problem solving.

We brought the system with GPS tracking…
We brought the system with GPS tracking and online tachograph download. The first month, the system didn't work besides the GPS.
After talking with Fleetcomplete, I noticed that they forgot to tell me that they needed the company card for the Tachograph system. Got the address, name of the person to receive, and this person's email. Send it with GLS.
Two later, I again had to contact Fleetcomplete as there was still no data, just GPS.
I turned put they have received the card, but lost it.
Purchased a new card, but this time, Fleetcomplete found it better if I sent to their office in DK. I had someone go there to drop it off. But the office was just an unmanned address and my friend had to drive around to find the director who finally received the card.
Now we had the system for 4 months, still no tachodata, just GPS. They reduce the cost by eliminating the tach-data payment. BUT this was the entire reason to get the system in the first place.
Through lmany tedious conversation with Fleetcomplete support, I realized they know nothing about the system, even the basics such as you need a company tachcard and that the data from the card can not be manipulated by the cardhold, and they even thorught that the system was installed in the vehicle by the user and setup in the tachograph in the vehicle could be manipulated by the user.
After finally getting these simple things in their head, they got an understanding of the system.
They claim they could download the data, but the data was copruted somehow. And again that was my fault because I had the vehicle and the company tachograph card even though they had it physically.
8 month after they stop answering and even with treats of a law suit there was no, and still is no reaction.
I got another system now from Mapon, that works from day one. Not too expencive.
The technician installing the Mapon system revealed that the Fleetcomplete technician had left two old system still connected to the vehicle tachograph, they were of course removed.
Don´t waste time or money buying anything from this company!!

Do not even consider this crappy platform
This company promises plenty of things they cannot deliver. Devices and software that is very lagging. Items just quit working and tech support sends you in circles to try to fix something that the coders need to fix. All they care about is billing you and if you attempt to get out of your contract they try to tell you there is a termination fee. Try and collect it you idiots, Ill be in court with my counter suit!

Stay at home moms do IT with barking dogs and kids in the background
When it was big roads it was great support all the time when you needed it, when fleet complete bought them out everything went down hill. The tech support went to Mexico then the next support went to stay at home moms that have kids in the background, they tried to switch me from big roads to fleet complete before had nothing but problems, now in December 2024 they are trying to get me to change d links again and lots of problems nobody can fix the it problems, and the moms to busy with kids to care if the product gets to the store for her to shop, the corporation has no control over staff or customer care.
The company is just a big scam, pay more get less and who cares if the driver gets charged, my odometer wouldn't read on my log and tech support wanted me to wait till the next day to get it fixed and here it is well over 24 hours and still no fix or call, I guess this company gets a fail.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Was booked in for a mobile service yesterday but no one showed, when I called the office was closed. Called the next day to be told someone arrived yesterday but my van wasn't there, they tried calling but the phone wasn't working. They didn't even bother to knock on my door. All lies, I have CCTV and a ring door bell and my van has a tracker. What a joke of a company and services, wasted a day of waiting for them.
