What do you like best about Feedbackly?
Engaging surveys, key performance indicators, net promoter scores, customer journey analytics, and root-cause analysis will give you the answers you need to the questions about your customers' behavior and emotions and the factors that drive your sales.
What do you dislike about Feedbackly?
Because it can be inconvenient to get to a computer, it might be possible to cancel orders with a mobile device. For me, it hit while I was on vacation.
Recommendations to others considering Feedbackly?
Somewhat cumbersome website in terms of ease of use.
What problems is Feedbackly solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confusion and difficulty in using the search and directory are commonplace.

Honest Customer Feedback (Small Business)
What do you like best about Feedbackly?
Feedbackly is a great customer feedback tool! It's super easy-to-use and very user friendly (in my opinion). If I had to select the best feature about Feedbackly it would be related to their analytics & survey tools. You can create a surve instantly & have it sent out through a variety of channels. The price is great for small business owners & has ALL of the features that you need compared to other feedback softwares.
What do you dislike about Feedbackly?
Recommendations to others considering Feedbackly?
I personally recommend Feedbackly to any business owner that is looking to scale up & manage their clients more efficiently.
What problems is Feedbackly solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only complaint that I have is the lack of mobility features & formatting. If you open a survey in mobile viewing, the formatting of graphics is wonky & not very appeasing to the eye. Would love to see more improvement in this area.

Easy for consumers to use, not time-consuming or distracting like other feedback tools.

As with all feedback software, any sort of survey can be difficult to appeal to customers.

A very neat website! Seems to have everything you might be looking for.
What do you like best about Feedbackly?
If you want to collect some feedback from your clients, this option is ideal because of its attractive design and user experience as well as its robust statistics tool.
What do you dislike about Feedbackly?
It would be nice if there were a possibility to cancel orders using a mobile device because accessing a laptop can be challenging at times. I experienced it because I was on vacation.
What problems is Feedbackly solving and how is that benefiting you?
The great thing about Feedbackly is that making a custom survey form is a very simple process. I can make a good survey form in under half an hour. We can readily process the results thanks to the report's useful info.

Very easy to collect feedbacks from visitor
What do you like best about Feedbackly?
I think Feedbackly made it very easy to analyze and visualize visitors' feedback. I used it to create charts and graphs for my presentations. And it also comes with many useful features out of the box.
What do you dislike about Feedbackly?
Currently, integrating Feedbackly with desktop and mobile applications takes a bit of learning. And it is quite a process. I wish it comes out of the box with many one click integration processes with many other platforms.
What problems is Feedbackly solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feedbackly was used to ask visitors of our websites and applications about their experience. And we use those surveys to analyze the customer's pain point and we come up with the way to improve our products from those analysis.

Want to know the true feelings of your customers, this is how!
What do you like best about Feedbackly?
What I like best about Feedbackly is the simple fact that it is the only question-based feedback I have ever taken that asks how you felt.
What do you dislike about Feedbackly?
Downsides to Feedbackly for me were the lag time on the questions, but it was new for Grainger so i'm sure the bugs have been fixed.
What problems is Feedbackly solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feedbackly is literally the only one asking customers how they actually feel about any of their experiences, most just ask if you would return or if you would recommend it to a friend; they ask how it made you feel.
