EvaluationKit's best feature is it's integration with our existing learning management system (LMS) Canvas. This allows me to import all the necessary data and set controlled access for students, instructors, and administrators. I can also coordinate a very detailed communication plan that runs automatically. Ultimately, this change has saved me at least 60 man hours per year, possibly more, over our previous workflow of printing, mailing, scanning, and analyzing paper course evaluations in all of our courses.

The only dislike I would say is that the system is so powerful and adaptable (used by tiny community colleges all the way up to giant national universities) that it can be a bit overwhelming to new administrators. However, I'd add a caveat that this only applies to administrators. End users have a very simple and intuitive experience.

EvaluationKIT helped us from paper forms to online evaluations over four years ago. We have had a very positive experience with the EvaluationKIT system and support services, and our response rates have actually increased versus paper. In most semesters, we can achieve a response rate of over 65%, which is miles beyond the industry average.

The product works effectively and as designed and virtually every time we found an issue or a need the support we received was top notch. The interface is easy to work with and aesthetically pleasing and the integration with our LMS is very tight and customizable.

There is very little to dislike about this product. The main problem we've had that couldn't be resolved without a workaround was the need to create a customized role in our LMS so that the evaluations weren't sent to other instructors in the course who were merely there to assist but should not have been evaluated. The issues that arose from this are more a problem with our LMS than EvalKit.

We had a need for online evaluations for our instructors via our LMS but at the time there was no solution built into the LMS. We went with EvaluationKit as it integrated with our LMS and since adoption we've had a very high response rate due to the reminder and notification system that EvaluationKit deploys.

EvaluationKIT is very flexible while remaining easy to use.

Changing question types can be difficult within surveys if you need longitudinal data.

Student retention is key in today's climate. EvaluationKIT allows my institution to make strategic decisions from an informed perspective.

We do evaluations differently than some other Universities but EvaluationKit has enough flexibility to let us satisfy our users. We are also able to train admins easily in it's use

Occasionally a feature change breaks something that is working. They are great about repair, but a little more testing might solve this.

We evaluate University courses. Being able to have online evaluations with automatic reminders sent to the students makes for a good response rate with less effort than our last solution.

The best thing that I like about EvaluationKIT is how easy it is to make targeted surveys for different trainings and conferences. At my firm, we have thousands of these courses flowing through our system each year, and EvaluationKIT has made gather feedback 100x easier.

So far there's nothing that we dislike. It's cliche to say, but we've come across no issues in the past couple of years. EvaluationKIT has been fantastic.

Use EvaluationKIT! Their services are very fairly priced, and you get a huge bang for your buck. The support team is absolutely fantastic as well.

Best problem we've solved is to help gather feedback for all of our instructors that put on our live classroom trainings. We have a couple hundred each year, and EvaluationKIT has been a live safer.

The system is flexible to support university-wide evaluations, or many different evaluation forms based on course affiliation. Also supports a variety of administrators, which is great for security and setup.

There have been a few bugs introduced with the last enhancement releases, these should have been caught before the upgrades were released.

Electronic course evaluations vastly reduce the man-hours spend on evaluations vs paper. The integration with Canvas makes course setup very easy and doesn't require any additional integration with an SIS.
