Evalart excelente herramienta para la evaluación de personal
What do you like best about Evalart?
It is a super user-friendly tool for personnel selection, I love it. I can track the tests sent and conducted in the process, as well as view the statistics of the tests sent.
What do you dislike about Evalart?
For the moment, the only thing is to compare the candidates, but after this, it is an excellent tool for the recruitment and selection process; you have all the tests that are needed.
What problems is Evalart solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamline the recruitment process gives the candidate the ease to access and quickly take their tests, which has greatly helped us in reducing the time we spend correcting the tests. It is excellent to have the results instantly when the candidate finishes taking the tests.

What do you like best about Evalart?
It has a good variety of tests to search for different technical profiles. Additionally, the tool is very intuitive and easy to use, everything is very well explained and it is very visual.
What do you dislike about Evalart?
Credits run out very quickly since you lose one for each test sent. It would be better to assign one credit to each test battery and thus be able to send the tests to several candidates.
What problems is Evalart solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for the technical and remote evaluation of candidates for different positions. It is a decisive stage in my selection processes because, based on the results, we can determine if the candidates have the required skills.

What do you like best about Evalart?
We have really liked the platform, we believe that it has benefited our recruitment process 100%, as we can evaluate all profiles, from technical to administrative, it helps us to make a rigorous filter, with a very friendly platform with the candidate.

Smart and Helpful tool.
What do you like best about Evalart?
The advantages of using it: Organization and management of the selection process, management of the team that uses the tests without additional cost. Customization of the tests according to our needs. We can do technical evaluations for programmers and psychometric tests.
What do you dislike about Evalart?

The cost is according our budget
What problems is Evalart solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't like specifically about one of the tests we use the most (the complete DISC technique) is that the results of the candidate are not presented graphically, the competition usually presents graphs of the expected behavior under pressure, in the motivational part.

What do you like best about Evalart?
It is an excellent work tool for the selection process as it includes the necessary psychometric tests to select a good candidate.
What do you dislike about Evalart?
The reports might be something I would change a bit since sometimes it seems to me that they are written in a general way, however, it is not something that diminishes the quality of the reports.

What problems is Evalart solving and how is that benefiting you?
The process of selecting different profiles greatly supports me with the ease with which a new process can be carried out and that when generating a battery of tests for a candidate, these can be retrieved to the test pool if the candidate does not complete them.

Have more exams per topic, for example, in Windows 10 there is only one model and there could be several to choose from.

Muy buena plataforma para evaluar a pontenciales candidatos a un cargo de Desarrollador de SW.
What do you like best about Evalart?
It has a wide range of tests of all kinds and the platform is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about Evalart?
For example, in the case of Vue.js and Node.js, more levels of testing, since sometimes an expert or junior level is required.

It allows me to filter with certainty the knowledge of the candidates.

Great tool for hiring process
What do you like best about Evalart?
I like that it has both technical and psychometric questions for our candidates.
What do you dislike about Evalart?
When I navigate to a candidate's test and navigate back, it takes me to the 1st page of all candidates. I believe it is one of the changes Evalart is doing soon.
What problems is Evalart solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines our interview and hiring process. We let candidates take the test before we dedicate time to extended interviews, saving time for both the candidate and our company.

What do you like best about Evalart?
It is very easy to use, the tests are assertive, and it is very simple to parameterize the processes; it is possible to evaluate a very good number of tools as well as methodologies for projects. The alerts are great!
What do you dislike about Evalart?
It is not very intuitive, the reports could be better structured and more graphical, it would be great if the photo/video evidence of the candidates could be visualized in a better way.
What problems is Evalart solving and how is that benefiting you?
Evaluation of IT technical profiles where there is no experience or knowledge to assess the competence of the professional applying for the vacancy; it is very useful to determine the skill level in the practical use of tools.
