It's user-friendliness. New estimators have been proficient in its use within a week.

There's not anything I don't like about it. I think it's an exceptional program.

Construction Link is simple to use and yet provides the same end results as larger much more expensive programs. CLI support is always there when you need them.

Very user-friendly and easy to use. I never need to worry if my work is saved; it continually saves my work as you enter the info. Also, we have power outages very often, and it saves me time not having to reinput the information every time it goes out.

Honestly, I dislike nothing about the system.

Estimating Link currently is not solving any issues that I know of. However, when I have a problem and contact them, it is taken care of immediately, generally within 24 hours. I have been using Estimating Link for roughly ten-plus years and have never been delayed by an issue for more than 24 hours. In addition, everyone is very willing to help and walk you through anything.
