Great for quick assessments

What do you like best about eSkill?

I like the ability to find the right assessment for the right candidate. I sometimes get stuck on the questions to ask, and this is a great platform to find the right questions that are more tailored to the job I am hiring for.

What do you dislike about eSkill?

Sometimes it's hard to add custom assessments.

What problems is eSkill solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to have free time to view skills at a glance rather than spending time developing assessments.

What do you like best about eSkill?

We use eSkill for all our hiring. It's a very easy-to-use platform. We love that we can customize the skills tests for any position, and eSkill's platform works seamlessly with our ATS and talent acquisition workflow. Our Client Service Manager is so helpful. We love eSkill.

What do you dislike about eSkill?

Nothing. We've loved them for more than 6 years.

What problems is eSkill solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use eSkill to make sure we hire candidates who have the skills we need to be successful. Marketing is very sophisticated today and requires special skills. It has sped up our hiring process. On average it takes us two weeks less to hire since using eSkill's skills tests.

.It tests peoples knowledge and makes people prove what they can do vs just taking their word for it!

Some questions are a little dated but we have the ability to customize and update them if we would like!

Excellent Service for Pre-employment testing

What do you like best about eSkill?

The user interface of eSkill is very easy to use and makes creating and sending tests to applicants seamless. The ability to upload or select from current content has helped my organization quickly create numerous tests.

What do you dislike about eSkill?

The eSkill creator, where we can create and upload our own content, is sometimes a little buggy. This has caused us to lose some work when the site either stops working or doesn't save properly. This is not a huge issue as it hasn't happened often, but when it does, it's a bit inconvenient.

What problems is eSkill solving and how is that benefiting you?

For a very long time, all of our pre-employment tests were administered in person and graded by hand. This took up a lot of time and resources. Using TalentEd has allowed us to administer more tests and save us a significant amount of time by auto grading every test.

This not only saves time but also allows for more confident decision-making, thanks to the trust I've placed in Eskill's robust tests.
