The system is very easy for our manager to schedule, review timecards and run reports from.

We do not use single sign on so it is a pain to export all changes from Workforce Now to eTime.

Our previous payroll processor had major issues with reporting, eTime has resolved all of these issue for us. Schedule planner is simplistic yet very effective at projecting labor dollars.

Ease of use for implementing and end users. Customer service is excellent. Go implementation team!

There weren’t any, fit our purpose perfectly. My one suggestion would be to have it “speak” to more HRIS systems.

Having a system for tracking time accurately. End user is very happy with it. Having a system with excellent customer service that wasn’t outsourced was also important.

I would recommend this system for both time and benefits tracking. System is easy to use and track. Employees have access to the data to track and use. System is reliable with minimal down time for upgrades.

Some of the upgrades where done during the day and peek time on the clocks so employees were not able to use. We worked through the issues because the punches were saved in the history.

I would recommend to switch.

Clock data is accurate, used the biometric finger system which avoided the badge being lost.

Enterprise eTime is a really great tool to use to be able to log in my work hours for each payroll period. This makes the timekeeping process seamless and is very convenient to use. The only thing I need to do is log in my hours and have it sent to a manager for approval at the end of the pay period.

Enterprise eTime can be a little slow to load at times and the visual aspects of its website can feel a little old. I really hope to see some updates in the future to improve this.

I would definitely reccomend this to others because I have been able to really improve my timekeeping with the use of eTime. It has really simplified the whole process and I really like that.

eTime has impacted my work because now that the timekeeping process has been simplified, I can really pay full attention to my job without having to worry about other things.

Having HR system

The reports are outstanding but I like how you can create different pay codes for your employees, input day by day, edit time clocks, etc. the best part is that it’s super user friendly!

Nothing really! It’s easy to train your employees and edit if needed.

We used this software when I worked at Sygma and it was virtually so easy and so useful it was hard to miss anything! The payroll was pretty accurate especially if you run reports to see what may be missing.

This program was extremely easy to learn. Efficient and accurate

sometimes missed punches showed up from the previous day late into the next day after I already ran daily payroll in the morning

It shows me when people don’t take lunches, if they miss an in or out punch, shows how many payroll dollars are used per person or felt a day, etc......

I appreciate that the product is very easy to use and navigation is a breeze!

The system often times out which can be frustrating at times.

This makes tracking employee time easier that other options.
