Their customer service is second to none. Their implemtation team is super knowlegeable about their product. They are very easy to work with. And Integration took time but was able to be completed.
Product catagories have different terms than I am used to but that comes with different softwares.

They can compute tiered rebates as well as regular rebates.

Not being able to have any duplicate ID's or names, we have multiple divisions, so we had to adjust slightly to make our data work best.
Enable is solving our biggest problem which is not having a software to calulate rebates with currenlty everything is done manually by me and we have a lot of different contracts so it takes a lot of time, Enable is also going to be helping reduce the room for error.
The people who help with on-boarding and success. They have been incredibly engaged and helpful since we started. We use the program daily and its very helpul from a fiancne perspective for our busienss as well. The implementation of the program was smooth and steady as well. A huge success so far for us.
Some minor changes to the interface would be nice for ease of infromation but otherwsie they have been great.
It breask out our rebates prograsm into identifable incremetns and helsp us delineate out by branch to individual P&L's on the backside for our branches.
The people! They supplied us with team members that knew their stuff. They listened to everything we had to say and then advised us on the best way to handle our needs. Once requirements were agreed upon and the implementation approach was aligned amongst the team members, we moved right into build and the system value was immediately recognized. Any time we had to revisit a topic, they were always patient and understanding until our team members understood the process. We met nearly ever week, reviewed features, and the team found the processes to track and manage rebates easy to understand and follow.
Would like to see a full set of API's to use for integration; however, we were able to take advantage of exports to accomplish what we required.
Enable provides a solution that allows us to setup, maintain, and track rebates. No more sending money out before the time is due and allows us to better manage our customers.
Easy to use system, with a very wide range of rebate calculations available. Also, the Enable team are incredibly knowledgeable and their help played a huge part in our successful implementation and integration with our website.
A couple of small issues neither of which greatly impacts us. The collaborator import facility can be quite fussy about the formatting of the import files which can require some back and forth with collaborators. Also, the allocation and authorisation of payments could be made more user friendly.
Enable provides a central system for the calculations of all the supplier and member rebates for our buying group. We have been able to integrate this with our member portal and provide our member builders merchants with accurate and up-to-date information on all their rebate earnings.
The Enable system is very different to what we are currently using, which is manual calculation, and Enable ensure all users are trained to use any part of the system they need/want to.
There is no onboard and leave you to your own devices, Enable are always checking in and making sure we are comfortable and happy with the service and are able to implement bespoke changes that suit our company.
During the onboarding there is system configuration and data entry that needs to be done.
As a busy company fitting this work in can be difficult. We have set the time aside for it though as in the long term Enable will save us time tenfold the amount we had to put into it.
The manual calculation of rebates is a very time consuming job at the end of each month, quarter and year. Enable not only gives us this information seamlessly but will notify us when customers have exhausted their rebate tiers, are close to hitting a tier and gives us the tools to amend and sign off agreements more effectively.
The consept of giving rebate instead of discount
It has taken long time to implement. We are not so far that we really can give our review
We want to better show our customer what they get in discounts from us. Also different incentives was difficult to overview in excel sheets. For that reason we took the easy way, giving discount.

I really like how thorough the system is. It seems like Enable has thought of every instance we could think of for rebates. The way the system is setup makes it very dynamic and compatible with our data. The implementation team is also great to work with!
I can't really think of any major downsides.
We have some very complex rebate structures that used to require a lot of manual processes and spreadsheets to calculate. Enable is helping to automate that so we can focus on other areas of our job.
