Excellent support service. Janine was friendly and knowledgeable about the platform and was able to explain the issue.

It would be good to be able to email support. But having the pin and being able to talk to a person is beneficial.

EH allows us to have full control of our HR and Payroll.

It's a user friendly interactive platform that is easy to train others to use. Hovering over many headings / comments gives a detailed explanation or overview of what that task can do.

We use both the HR and payroll platforms which makes onboarding employees effortless and using the EH work app allows employees to easily keep their details up to date and apply for leave without the need to be in the office.

Updates in payroll don't always flow into HR appropriately.

We have a great deal of custom rules within our payroll system which can be difficult to keep track of when there are detailed Award updates

Great for setting and viewing goal. AI assistant is an added bonus

I like the 24/7 assistance provided by Employment Hero because when we face any problems or barriers, the team is there to help us find any solutions we need. Additionally, the help we've received from the Employment Hero team has been great in order to make the deadlines we needed, which was especially important given our complex setup with over 500 employees.

Currently, it would be more helpful to be able to have the system adjust the pay rate according to a person's increase on a specific date which may fall midpay period, and if so, then needs to be done so manually.

Employment Hero has significantly improved and streamlined many of our day-to-day HR and payroll processes, creating greater efficiency, visibility, and consistency across the business. It reduces the amount of manual administration required, minimises the risk of errors, and allows processes that were previously time-consuming to be completed far more efficiently.

From an operational and HR perspective, it assists greatly with maintaining compliance by ensuring accurate record keeping, employee documentation, leave management, payroll processing, and timesheet approvals are all managed within one centralised system. Having everything stored electronically also improves transparency, accountability, and accessibility for both managers and employees.

I like the convenience of having everything all in 1 place.

Too many clicks to change between employees profiles

As my role is predominantly recruiting having a ATS and HR all in the one system is great.

Onboarding from our previous user was seamless and the support from EH is fantastic. they don't up sell for the sake of it and give us exactly what we need. Pricing is comparable with other brands and you get your money worth.

There is not much I dislike about EH Payroll. they are easy to use and helpful.

EH cuts our Payroll down by 1 full day for 2 people to 4 hours for 1 person.
