Most of feedback tool are on product experience, they suggest you how to change a design buttons or a call to action. Instead Emojics suggests you how improve your service or pricing strategy. It's also perfect for who stay in beta o just released a new feature and and is in a hurry to receive users feedback

Easy to install, affordable pricing and great UX. Finally, a tool that converts feedback in leads. The back end is well done with a nice dashboard where there are a lot of insights and analytics. Compared to competitors it`s 100 times better. Installation is super easy. Emojics is very helpful in getting feedback from the visitors. It helps a lot in identifying what type of blog posts and content types your audience loves. People don’t hesitate sharing their feedback about a webpage, blog post, or a specific product question as long as they have to respond through an emoji.

I am quite satisfied, sometimes the loading of data in the back end is a bit slow. I personally feel that Emojics still has to go a long way especially in terms of features. As a marketer, I feel a few critical features are missing at this moment, such as, you cannot control targeting as well as the timing of the widget.

We tried tons of user feedback tools, with which results? Money thrown away and zero feedback received, why? I don't know. With Emojics widget instead, for a few bucks a ton of useful feedback.
