.Customer Service was great I had managed to purchase the incorrect software version, on contacting them via the chat feature they quickly resolved the issuee and transfered my subscription to the version of software I required with no fuss at all

They have many different software packages that operate seperately and can be confusing when sign up or trialing a package

too early to say, but if it does what it says it can it will replace a previous software i used and will be more cost effective and has many more improved features
