Keeps the college organized in one happy app!
What do you like best about Ellucian PowerCampus?
I can access many of the campus's databases and services all within the one mobile app.
What do you dislike about Ellucian PowerCampus?
Sometimes I can't access the app if I am not connected to wifi.
What problems is Ellucian PowerCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?
the main problem that is solved is locating all of the important access points into this one application. It is quick and easy to find information.

I like how power campus keeps me organized and keeps my students organized.
What do you dislike about Ellucian PowerCampus?
Dislike that there are occasional bugs-- especially with timing of assignments. Could be a user error though.

def recommend to use it! Makes grading papers and assignments nice, easy , and organized

Hold much information!
What do you like best about Ellucian PowerCampus?
Ellucian easily tracks student data - classes completed, in-progress, transferred, etc.. This platform is superiority helpful for allowing students and their advisers to review the student's progress of their desired degree.
What do you dislike about Ellucian PowerCampus?
Ellucian most be updated routinely, which can be tie consuming. Much data needs to be inputted for the program to be effective and accurate, and it needs to be updated at least once per academic semester.
Recommendations to others considering Ellucian PowerCampus?
This software is great, but again, needs much updating to be accurate and helpful.
What problems is Ellucian PowerCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple parties are now able to view a complete record of a student using Ellucian Powercampus.

Database management tool
What do you like best about Ellucian PowerCampus?
Ease of use once a person is in the system. Since I serve in Alumni Relations, it makes it easier to access records for alumni. They are entered as a prospect, continued as a student, graduated to alumni, and one day will continue as a donor.
What do you dislike about Ellucian PowerCampus?
Limitations with online gifts. We saw additional modules during the demo, but they were not cost effective for our institution.
What problems is Ellucian PowerCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our alumni and donors using PowerCampus. It will retain multiple fields of information.

PowerCampus Pros and Cons
What do you like best about Ellucian PowerCampus?
My university uses PowerCampus as our student ERP system. It's an extremely flexible and robust tool that we use in our everyday processes. The product is functional and the sales force integration was very simple.
What do you dislike about Ellucian PowerCampus?
The user interface leaves a lot to be desired. It's dated and a bit unintuitive. The implementation process was also strenuous and left many feeling confused on what to do next.
What problems is Ellucian PowerCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of student financials. The aforementioned sales force integration was seamless and has made financial management at my university world's easier.

It’s easy to use, customizable, and helps to keep all aspects of my time with the university all in one place (as a student and as an employee).

It’s sort of bland. Not that it’s necessarily a bad thing, but I enjoy the Sungard Platform more

What do you like best about Ellucian PowerCampus?
A very consistent search program, allows for all information to be placed into a singular database that many can see.
What do you dislike about Ellucian PowerCampus?
Semi User friendly, not compatible with other programs that different departments may use. Can sometime be difficult if making a big change internally- like changing requirements for a program.
Recommendations to others considering Ellucian PowerCampus?
The program makes an excellent database, but may not be user friendly or compatible with other programs.
What problems is Ellucian PowerCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provide universal information that all diverse departments can connect and retain.
