Although it seem pretty complex at first, we discovered that most of the features they packed make a lot of sense when managing your day to day activity with your team. One of the few apps that we found that was able to track custom rate cards on projects and take into consideration regular rates changes.

The mobile app could have a bit more features, but since the platform is constantly updated, I'm pretty sure this will also be updated.

Proper resource planning across multiple locations and departments.

This tool is very useful to create the project plan for a specific release/sprint, to monitor the progress, assign tasks within the team and check easily if there are any blockers.

On top of this, it’s incredible how easy it is to track hours on the project, to approve the timesheet, to check the allocation of the persons within a specific period.

There is a large number of reports to keep on track of the KPIs.

The user experience could be improved a little bit, because on the functionality side, it’s one of the most complex project management tools that I have ever used.

Keep the evidence and the status of the day-to-day activities for a project in a single place.

A lot of features that allows me a very high control on my resources and projects (highly customizable rate cards just one example).

Pretty techie user interface, could be more friendly.

i didnt like how sometime i had the program crash on me after being logged in for a while. not sure if it was my hardware tho

I used elapseit mostly for project management, its got a ton of other features for tracking time, invoicing, revenue forecasting and so much more, its a tool that has it all.

being able to manage a project from begining to end while figuring out resources and assigning employees and contractors to different tasks.

The mobile app for Elapseit is fantastic, I find that it's incredibly straightforward when organising expenses and/or timesheets.

Logging on to the desktop version can be occasionally "flaky", but I have found that the Elapseit support team are first rate.

Just a great straightforward way to track expenses, timesheets, tasks etc.
