What I liked most is its holistic vision of integration of all phases of the end to end, its ease of use, configuration, number of features and the human team behind it.

It's lack of its own reporting module and connections with other reporting tools.

It solves the problem of not having a complete vision of all the company's projects and the loss of traceability between the different phases of the initiative cycle.

Ease of use, intuitive functionality, professional look to portal and great service from the Edison365 team.

Having to use External and Internal portal, which causes an extra step in our overall governance process. Although, I believe this will be going away with new, upcoming release.

This tool is driving a single source for supplier-submitted cost-out ideas as well as a direct communication with suppliers on progress of ideas that we never had before. It is also allowing us to connect to PowerBi for metrics we pitch to leadership regarding KPI's.

The ideation platform itself has been good, the help from the Support Team (Harry and Paul) was fantastic.

A number of times there were difficulties getting in contact with someone via phone. It would just ring and then say no one is available and cut off.

The tool is not designed for managing Intellectual Property, but they implemented some good features to tackle that aspect.

The user interface is clear and intuitive. The way of tracking idea pipeline is accessible for all users. It allows creating multiple innovation challenges on separate templates to shape the process according to the needs of the organization. The platform allows you to define various metrics for the assessment process, which is easy and clear for the users and reviewers at the ideation stage. Different modules of the E365 suite allow tracking not only the early stage of innovation but also some of the aspects from the POC/MVP stage. E365 Projects module is configurable to the needs of the organization - users are able to follow various attributes of the project. The reporting capabilities of E365 are also a great advantage - the PowerBI dashboards allow to presentation of the results of the innovation track in multiple dimensions.

If your idea pipeline is dynamic and it is growing really fast the daily data maintenance in E365 may be time-consuming from the perspective of user activities like assigning the reviewers to the assessment process.

E365 suite helps me to track the innovation ideas pipeline across the organization using different attributes and goals. Once you recognize all needs and requirements from your organization it really helps to keep the data consistent and clear. One of the key benefits of the platforms is the reporting functionality used by PowerBI - shaping the reports and visualizing the data in accordance with the needs.

edison365 is so easy to use. Everyone in the organization can participate in idea creation. And, it's so easy to promote ideas to business cases, and then projects.

There really aren't any downsides to using edison365. The only downside would be overthinking it. Its easy to get started with edison365 ideas, and grow into other modules.

Our customers can see all of our ideas in one place. And, they can assign financial values to those ideas, and rate them against one another. What is really nice is that you can then execute on those ideas and put them in motion.

Straightforward and really effective way to manage ideas, business cases and projects across an organization and extremely easy to use for all employees. Quick to set up, and onboarding users is very easy, helped by an intuitive interface.

I cannot think of anything the moment - really looking forward to seeing the future roadmap of enhancements coming to life!

We use it to capture ideas used for new propositions as part of our product development process. edison365 is used as an end-to-end collaboration tool, from ideas to business case to realisation and value generation in our product and services pipeline.

The entire suite is great. Ideas streamlines our innovation process with a minimum of IT support. Business case helps further clarify what ideas should get approved. Projects helps us manage the work. Datastore is great for aggregating and reporting project information to improve decision manking.

Perhaps consolidating all the products into single Db platform. That maybe coming soon?
