The fact you can scan and find all the security and background checks, makes it very easy for me. Plus it's very inturive. Similar tools I've used in the past are quite complecated.

Sometimes it may take longer that expected, buffering or loading. Can't not only the tool for this since other factos may apply, but in comperison with other tools of my everyday use, this one lags sometimes.

It's a complete tool for security checks, centralizing all the information needed into one place. Before I used many tools to get the work done. With Edge Information it's all in one place.

Edge streamlines the process for backround checking and screening employees. It is nice to have quick and easy submission and feedback. Its easy to see why they win out over their competitors.

Sometimes giving employees access is troublesome and almost clunky. If this was fixed it would be a ton better. Helping them through the process is something that needs to be done.

We have been able to change our entire screening protocol with edge. It costs less than we thought and is easier to get this out of the way quickly. Its simple.

Great and easy to work with. They provide rapid results.

Only dislike is COC forms. Sometimes they are the incorrect copy, but nothing worth getting upset over.

Best for applicant tracking and background screening. It has a large number of database of employees. Generally its accuracy is 95-98% which is not bad. I like the dasboard as well. Maintained it very clean.
