The current functionality is good. A design that will increase our campaign efforts on polling day.

There was flexibility in customizing the app according to our campaign needs.Ensuring the apps reliability across devices sometimes be a concern.

It provides us with an approach, to managing volunteers gathering data and monitoring campaigns. This has saved us effort.The interface of Ecanvasser is user friendly. Its customizable features make it easy for us to tailor it to our needs.

It's really efficient - easy to canvass with, easy access to data, stats and outputs and ensures you can guide your teams in canvassing through surveys. The events page is a welcome and useful addition.

Pleased with all functionality currently available. In future would love to see a new design for campaign efforts specifically set up for polling day GOTV.

Canvassing data storage, efficiency, stats production - all save a lot of time and effort that can be refocused on campaign delivery.

This has to be the ease of use. From the backend to the Walk and Go apps, this has been a breeze to set up and implement. Everyone in our group that tried was able to use Ecanvasser without needing a training session.

There's not much I don't like. If I have to pick something, it's the lack of a donation portal.

If you're an organisation that is dedicated to growing your support base by doing on-the-ground canvassing, you really do need this product.

Connecting with our supporters in person has been a game-changer, and Ecanvasser has been the catalyst for that. We have a much better understanding of not only who is supporting us, but also the issues that they care about and the change they want to see in their area. We've used Ecanvasser in a pair of by-elections and the information we gathered during canvassing was essential.

The interface is very user-friendly, according to our users! The export/import method has been working well for our campaign. Toggling between talking points and interaction is great!

Just improve the reporting tools on the app. For example, being able to mark multiple voters at once without having to keep going back & forth into the address.

I don't understand the question, so I'll answer a few different things: We had some reporting issues initially, which seem to be now solved; the app itself has solved our problem of contacting voters! I must reiterate that the Talking Points section is so crucial for canvassers!

Took all the hassle out of canvassing. It allowed us to focus on what was most important. It put the key information at our fingertips when at people's doors.

Nothing really. Very happy with the app.

Huge time saver. Can be ready to go without any prep work. No time wasted on data entry and exporting spreadsheets back and forth.

Loved that the app was easily added and free to volunteers' phones. Very easy to use product. Going door to door was a breeze. Volunteers seemed to like it a lot which is great for coordinators.

I wish there was more functionality for phone banking and other campaign issues. We did not use other metrics for volunteers (like lawn sign requests). I'm not sure if that functionality existed or not but we were not trained on it.

I would absolutely use this if I were running a small campaign.

This was used by a local campaign. It was a very effective tool for small dollar campaigning. We did not raise a lot of money but it was effective for what we needed.

Customer support is the best. Specially Jahonna Lipscomb, she was always available. She would go out of her way to try to understand my concern and find a way to solve the issues.

The data uploading process could use some improvement. Especially the matching of columns. But as long as you have customer support like Jay, it's ok.

It helped with having instant access to voter data

Ecanvasser is an excellent selection of tools to help us take our campaigning to the next level. Ecanvasser themselves have been very proactive in meeting our needs when they arise.

We are a large organisation, with many members, and it has taken time to get our organisation into the tool and using it. The admin panel hasn't been perfect for a large federated organisation like ourselves, but we are making progress towards this.

For those organising in the field, Ecanvasser has been an excellent investment. Creating lists and distributing these to canvassers is a breeze. Our organisation's ability to isolate target groups and direct our campaign towards these has been a big boost for our effectiveness.

This tool is very useful to perform different processes of all kinds, whether related to elections or politics, or some opinion studies, with this tool during the different electoral processes in which we have been involved, in the last two years, which is from when we use this application, it has been a great help, political campaigns, they are quite exhausting, we have to control hundreds of data, of all kinds, it is somewhat complicated, with this system we can do this type of work, with a little more control, about the information that we store in the different elections, in which we are involved, something that I like about this tool, is the ability to carry out surveys of different types, where you can ask all sorts of questions, with multiple answers options, for different electronic devices, later it allows to carry out a more advanced study of the different data that throws the survey-

The information can still be more detailed, sometimes it needs some extra information, about people, that we cannot obtain with this tool, it would be ideal to have a characteristic, where the most important data are thrown daily, from the beginning of the campaigns, until the end of them, then deliver a final report, with the most relevant details that happened on a daily basis, in the course of the studies, which were carried out, this would allow a cycle of complete information, from beginning to finish.

It is highly recommended, for different types of campaigns and studies that are going to be carried out.

It has been a tool of great help, in different electro-processes, especially the control that is carried to the voters, helping us to obtain information, live on what is happening, in the different places, where the participation of the people, is a tool that not only allows virtual studies, in the field studies, it is a great tool for our consultants, to obtain the best information about the people who are participating, of said processes.

Easy to train Canvassers to use. Stores data easily.

Sometimes will unmark homes already canvassed. Can be confusing when attempting to keep track of turf.
