I like all the features that are available. It is helpful that I can check in real-time whether or not I have clocked in or out, as sometimes I may have forgotten if I clocked in for work or out for lunch. I have not used the messaging system yet, but I like that it is an option. The schedule feature is also helpful, as is the simple benefit time features.

I can't think of anything that I dislike about EasyClocking.

If I ever think I forgot to clock in or out at work, I can always pull out my phone and check in real-time whether or not I have used the time clock. I also like that the benefits time page keeps all the previously used benefit time on display. It is an excellent record to have.

I like that this software offers the ability for staff to utilize a mobile app to manage their time and punches. It makes it very easy for staff to monitor hours worked, also very easy to identify any missed punches even from the convenience of home.

App can sometimes be glitchy and sometimes need to be reset, this is very infrequent occurrence and rare. Overall there isn’t much to dislike as it is a great system and cant think of anything else that needs to be improved.

Very nice system for a fast paced environment, love the fact that they have a mobile phone app!!

This app has helped with overall employee accountability and time management, allows employees to be aware of overtime potential and discuss with their manager.

I like that employees can not clock in for one another and that the system totals the time worked for me.

Sometimes it is difficult to receive assistance with the system if needed.

Continue using the product. It is a great solution for timekeeping.

We operate in a multi-state environment (incl. CA). The ability to program different OT calculations based on EE location is invaluable.

Multiple repot generating options are great, but we do wish there were better ways to create custom reports. Also, the limitation to 30 day windows for some reports seems unnecessarily restrictive.

Be sure your WiFi is dependable before installing.

We are a light manufacturing company with a very diverse staff. As such there are a lot of "wildcards" among our employees. EasyClocking with multiple terminals has really tightened up our time tracking abilities to the point of virtually no errors every pay cycle. This alone has strengthened our company's compliance standing and reduced stress and anxiety for our HR dept. and managers!

I love that easy clocking time clocks can be used as just a basic time keeping system or can be used to integrate Time Keeping, Time Off Benefits, Scheduling, and even Absence Tracking all together.

I dislike that users are not notified of system updates. We pull our time records from EZClock to be imported into our payroll system. We have run into issues with these reports changing formats without notice and have to find workarounds sometimes.

Having software update notices would help us be aware of changes and be more prepared.

In the past, our company ran into issues with "buddy punching", employees clocking in for each other. With the EZClocks we have we were able to easily switch from physical time cards to fingerprint scans to punching in and out for the day. We were able to eliminate employees clocking in and out for each other without having to buy additional access or equipment, which is pretty rare these days.
