E2M is easy in use and helps us to work more efficiently. Creating a meeting en uploading document is very easy with E2M. And finally we can say that we work completely paperless. We only needed a short explanation and that was enough to work with it.

At this moment, we already have 155 E2M users in our organization but we expect that this number will increase this year.

The support from E2M is great.

At this moment, there is nothing I dislike.

Ask E2M for a demo and I guarantee that you will be just as enhusiastic as we are. We should have used E2M much more earlier.

Since January, we only need the E2M app for a fast distribution of meeting documents and printing these documents is nog longer needed. Now, all our meeting documents can be find in 1 place (before E2M, different programs (for example, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams) were used for distributing our documents.

You have a complete overview of all your own tasks and your bosses tasks.

Can't think of anything at this moment. What i like less probably is causes by my inexperience.

You just have to start working with it and discover its advantages.

It is not that there are any problems solved, but things are just much easier.

Easy2meet is easy2use, most of our employees can use easy2meet without any explanation.

This software is reliable in meeting management however any power distruption can cause loss of data.power management should be highly considered

I consider this product helpfully to anyone therefore I highly recommend it's installation.

Since the facility started using this product,it has reduced paperwork since data are documented online,it actually saves a lot of space and time finding documents.

I like the simplicity of this software. It is easy to learn and work with. There is no match manual work.

Getting assistance from customer service bench at times is not easy. However there is no any drawback i have seen so far.

There is no much required after installation of this software. It is very simple and easy to operate. It is very affordable and requires less energy.

It is suitable for our own Microsoft Teams environment, as in a layer, so no use of servers somewhere else. Information stays at our own organisation. Competitors can't offer this.

We can reach out for the E2M organisation whenever we need them. The FAQ's are great and accountmanagers respond rapidly.

As before some documents were stored in different places: Outlook, OneNote or Teams. Now you open your E2M app and all documents, tasks and decisions are in 1 place visible.

Very easy to create meeting packs and upload documents

Can't scroll through all documents in a meeting pack, have to click into each document individually.

Board meetings so much easier than printing out (or more recently due to Covid, bundling everything into a PDF)

Het systeem is makkelijk in gebruik, zowel aan de organisatiekant als aan de gebruikerskant.

Vergaderingen worden papierloos gemaakt door alle stukken te plaatsen in E2M. De gebruiker kan op ieder device de app downloaden en heeft zo alle stukken altijd bij zich.

Er kunnen notities worden gemaakt op stukken en eventueel worden gedeeld met andere vergaderdeelnemers, acties vanuit vergaderingen kunnen makkelijk worden gedeeld en ook notulen kunnen direct worden gemaakt en gedeeld.

Nog een groot voordeel is dat het geschikt is voor onze eigen Microsoft O365 omgeving en dat de data op onze eigen server komt te staan.

De ondersteuning vanuit E2M is top, goed bereikbaar en altijd snel antwoord. Kortom: een zeer tevreden gebruiker!

Ik ben tot op heden alleen maar positief.

Ons hele management is in korte tijd probleemloos overgegaan op E2M en werken nu papierloos.

Alle vergaderstukken staat op 1 plaats, dus makkelijker om terug te vinden.

Mail is no longer necessary, there is now one method for distributing meeting documents.

The connection with Outlook is not always how we want to use it.
