That it's well optimized for smartphones, my BOD's willingness to use it went through the roof!

It doesn't like spreadsheets much and refuses to allow me to upload a word doc. It wants a pdf

My BOD would not use our previous BOD mtg. software - and I could not blame them. It was clunky, slow and poorly optimized for smartphones.

Easy Board is a remarkably intuitive and accessible platform that doesn't sacrifice depth and customizability. Its click-and-go widget format really helps me avoid getting mired in the technical. With its unintimidating interface, I get to focus on communications both within my organization and when reaching out to prospective partners.

I haven't spent enough time as an Easy Board user to experience any shortcomings yet.

Its solving issues around accountability for my organizations forms, announcements, and other correspondence. Additionally, the simple but effective way in which it hosts meeting pages with updates and reminders continues to be helpful.

Easy Board has proven to be a very user friendly platform for our Board of Directors, there is no substitute for the "Magic Links" feature, this was a game changer for us. And every EA tsked with managing a portal of information like this, will appreciate the flawless transition Easy Board provides for communicating with their BOD and Executives. Easy Board was available before, during, and after the transition and has made it easy for our entire team.

That I don't have enough time yet, to fully benefit from the resource it will become to our President & BOD. The program is capable of so much more, but we don't have enough hours in the day, just now to get everything fully baked and up to speed.

Easy Board has made communicating with our BOD, flawless. They now have 24:7 access to the documents, calendars, and information they need. This has added a lot more project time into the lives of our admin team.

The automatic meeting reminder emails and the ability to upload all meeting documents to the meeting. Our board members love the ability to have their own profiles, it eases their ability to contact each other.

It would be really nice to have the ability to conduct virtual meetings through the platform.

Ease of communication and organization for me. Automatic reminders, meeting update emails, documents library, and the ability to RSVP directly in the platform streamlines communication and requires much less email communication from me.

Easy Board is so easy to use and affordable too.

So far there are no downsides to it. I really enjoy it.

Easy Board is making it much easier for our board members to find meeting materials, meeting details, and announcements all in one place, taking the guesswork out of it.

Very helpful to have a source of truth and a built in structure for meetings and documents. As our board naturally brings on new board members it is important to have structure and not keep reinventing organizational systems. Easy Board has been great in providing that structure. Customer service has been quick and really helpful! Reasonable price.

It's another site, and another login. It can take time to remind people to check in. The user interface is functional but could be more friendly. Not a big issue.

We are a nonprofit organization with a diverse board. People join our board for 3 - 6 years and bring many different experiences with them, and many different ideas about the best tools and systems of organization. Turn over can degrade and duplicate organizational systems. It is really helpful to have a purpose built tool that limits the amount of time and thought going into admin systems. It lets our board stay focused on our mission.

Easy system to use and set up, fairly intuitive as we onboard our team.

I like how easy Easy Board is to use for the end users specifically. We have some technically challenged people on the board, and I love that they just get the emails, and all they have to do is click, and it takes them right to the page they need to be on. As I said before, we use the announcement feature all the time. I think I sent three announcements out in the last two days, and the board responds to them, so I know they got them. I also like the new feature with the Outlook integration. It makes it so that meetings get automatically scheduled on the calendar, making it easy to check them. The announcement feature is super easy to use when I just have a piece of information that I want to share with everybody. I can type it in, click on the board or the particular committee, and it’s done without needing to sort through Outlook. It's nice to have an at-a-glance kind of calendar, where I can see just the Easy Board meetings without having to filter.

This isn't a "doesn't work as well for me", but I'd love to see the inclusion of AI to maybe take notes during the meeting a kind of auto minutes feature. And also to help me build out agendas. I love the agenda feature. It's actually great but, to have that auto built out and auto populate would be time saving.

Easy Board keeps all board communications streamlined in one place, simplifying meeting scheduling and sharing information like financials and minutes. It solved issues with scattered scheduling, providing a clear, easy-to-use platform that works well even for our technically challenged members.

I use Easy Board for our non-profit board. I love the RSVP calendaring and the ability to see everything and everyone in a digestible UI. It's great to look at the document repository, which is our single source of truth. It's easy to use and very intuitive, one of the better collaboration tools I've used. The initial setup for my personal login was flawless, super easy. We switched somewhat from Teams because we couldn't share it outside of the organization, and Easy Board solved that challenge for us.

I think it's an enablement issue when it's tough for folks to work with.

I use Easy Board for communication, documentation sharing, calendaring, and staying updated. The RSVP calendaring, digestible UI, and document repository keep us organized. It's easy to use, super intuitive, and solved our challenge of sharing outside the organization.

User friendly and good customer service.

So far, I haven’t found anything I don’t like about Easy Board.
