The ability to use multiple camera brands with the UI.

The price increases as of recently and the shear amount of SKU's. There has to be a way to simplify this. Also the load time for camera footage along with live display delay has a lot to be desired.

The ability to give clients a cloud based camera system that integrates with their access control system.

I like the speed and the way Eagle Eye Networks captures movement and people that I need to track. Also, the initial setup was super simple.

I find the clarity on license plates lacking and I often encounter false positives like mirror glass glare.

I use Eagle Eye Networks to manage properties, addressing theft and unwanted people. I like its speed in capturing movement and the way it tracks individuals.

The new unified platform between Brivo and Eagle Eye makes optimization easier, and customers really like the simplicity.

The Anywhere cabinets structure and ricing is a bit convoluted, needs to be re-evaluated.

We have used Eagle Eye to help with logistics, workflow modification and property management.

The interface is user-friendly and straightforward, making it easy to understand.

So far, I haven't found anything to dislike about this.

It is very easy to deploy and the software is very intuitive. We sell it to companies mostly with a few cameras in many locations

We see the cameras offline in the system sometimes but they are online and vise versa. There seems to be a lag between what we see on the dashboard and the actual state of the camera. This makes it a waste of time to roll a truck when the camera is actually fine

We are able to install cameras in a wide range of locations and manage it from our office.

Their staff made our transition from an outdated in-house NVR to the Eagle Eye hosted system extremely smooth and easy. They took care to go through all of our old cameras and made sure they would work and configured all the settings to give us the best image and retention possible. Being able to access our cameras from anywhere is a huge plus!

There is not much that we dislike about the Eagle Eye system. Most of our 'dislikes' are features that we would like to see implemented and since Eagle Eye is always upgrading and implementing new features we usually do not have to wait long to see the features we want. We are waiting to have some features implemented when it comes to video searching and being able to search multiple cameras at once. There is also some clunkiness with the Download and Archive section of the web interface which they are currently enhancing.

We needed a larger video canvas of our location due to the nature of our student population and we are currently using their 911 camera sharing feature which is a fantastic service that allows 911 operators to pinpoint exact locations and search areas if and when we (or local citizens) need emergency services.

Eagle Eye Networks' Anywhere Cabinets are a game changer for Remote Video Surveillance. With Solar Power, Cellular Connectivity and solid camera choices - all in one simple package - it has allowed us to serve customers that previously would have required a very significant design process.

SaaS is the world now, and like any Cloud Based System there is a subscription for all services. However, with one recent customer, we were able to reduce their monthly cost by 90% versus leasing surveillance trailers.

Eagle eye is incredibly flexible and is allowed my company to provide surveillance cameras in places we would otherwise have not been able to with traditional NVR solutions. It does this without compromising Security and with robust features like using AI to search video footage quickly. It also One of the most cost-effective options that we have been able to find.

I have not been a big fan of their cameras in the past. However, those have gotten better as well.

We are able to use this in places we do not have WAN connectivity or VPN solutions.

The system is very powerful and relatively easy to use.

The storage capacity is a little bit limited without expensive upgrad.

It's easy to find incidents and save them to share.
