Using Dubbot for web site review and remediation

What do you like best about DubBot?

Greg is very supportive of new users. He has replied to questions as we have added new staff. The report is clear and includes pdf remediation needs, which is not always available in web crawling tools. The report provides multiple ways of reviewing data. The best part is that a list of the priorities to focus on is given so that remediation can be done efficiently. Reports are regular and easily show what has improved and work to be done.

What do you dislike about DubBot?

My experience with DubbBot has only been positive! When I found that my screenshots for a report that I created from the web crawls were not passing color contrast, Greg referred me to his colleague Penny Kronz. Penny was extremely helpful in teaching me how to create the screenshots with the proper resolution from our account and took time with me to give me the tools I needed for the future. Greg has been responsive to any questions we have had.

What problems is DubBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

DubBot gives me a way to report to my client the need for remediation of their current website. I can easily select and identify areas of need as priorities to begin with, without overwhelming them. Including the client web master is also benefiting me, in that they are now also learning about what is needed and building their knowledge and skills.

DubBot Customer Service is Amazing!!! Highly recommend!

What do you like best about DubBot?

My firm uses DubBot as we provide solutions for large governmental organizations. We like how easy it is to roll it out rapidly to our clients. Access rights for sites are easily provisioned for users. I have found the product to be fast, secure, and scalable.

What do you dislike about DubBot?

We've been using DubBot for 2+ years so far, and I haven't found an issue yet. Any problems that have ever come up are quickly resolved by their support.

What problems is DubBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work with large governmental organizations. These organizations want solutions that are fast, secure, and scalable. DubBot is the right fit for what they need.

A fantastic product with equally great service!

What do you like best about DubBot?

As an agency that has used many products over the years, DubBot has been very easy to use for both our team and for our clients. It gives us all the tools and insights we're looking for in one product with an interface that is quick to navigate and easy to digest. This means we can focus more on addressing issues instead of struggling to just get the information.

What do you dislike about DubBot?

But the biggest plus to me is how knowledgeable the DubBot team is about not only their product, but also the industry surrounding each one of their tools. For example, whenever I have had a question about an accessibility report in the past, they quickly provided an answer from the perspective of the tool with detailed insights from specific (and current) WCAG guidelines, which is extremely nice to have from your customer service representative. You can really tell this industry knowledge is what has built their product.

Incredibly useful for monitoring a fleet of websites.

What do you like best about DubBot?

I've used Dubbot to help monitor accessibility on a large number of websites, and would say it's indespensable. Between it's friendly dashboard, email reports, CSV exports, and so many more useful features, I couldn't imagine doing website accessibility audits and general compliance of existing sites without it. Onboarding is quick and easy, and it supports accessing sites behind basic authentication so we can use it prior to a site launch. Deep linking directly to issues immensely helpful for teams.

I love their community involvement and transparency on updates, too!

What problems is DubBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't use the features to assign tasks to users - this might be helpful for some teams, but I'd love to have some kind of integration into ticketing systems or webhooks.

DubBot is a workhorse

What do you like best about DubBot?

As an agency, we're able to use DubBot's application to provide tests for ourselves as well as clients and prospects. We get a ton of value from their accessibility tests, and I really like being able to write our own policies. Getting automated broken link checks done is probably my favorite though. They also have an unbeatable support team.

What do you dislike about DubBot?

I am giving them a 5 star review - there is nothing that I dislike about working with them and their service.

What problems is DubBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

I mentioned that we are an agency. We have a lot of clients with on going projects. I love being able to support all of these clients and to provide them access to DubBot's reports.

What do you like best about DubBot?

DubBot helps our network of content and site managers stay on top of QA and accessibility issues that inevitably pop up. Custom policies help us hone in on issues unique to our sites and users. And their support is top-notch.

What do you dislike about DubBot?

Nothing comes to mind. I'm very happy with the product.

Helps eliminate broken links and spelling issues. Let's our users know about accessibility problems that arise from day-to-day content maintenance.

The expertise and support has been so valuable! More than expected!

What do you like best about DubBot?

DubBot has helped us start from scratch in our efforts to clean up our website. We use a third party to manage our site and DubBot has been the missing link in our understanding and communication with them on the needs we have in terms of accessibility and web governance particularly. Thanks to the user-friendly interface and the huge amount of resources DubBot provides to us, we have felt like we can tackle the work in an informed manner.

We have no complaints! The Support team has been top notch and very responsive. They have given us a ton of insight into what the issues identified on our Site actually mean.

What do you like best about DubBot?

DubBot has helped us understand and remediate accessibility needs across our website. The tool is powerful and provides a comprehensive analysis of our site, but it is delivered in a very attainable and intuitive way. The Support is fast, personal, and knowledgable. It was invaluable to our business to have an accessibility expert at our fingertips to answer all of our questions. We looked at many tools and ultimately chose DubBot based on a recommendation and the pricing. We were not disappointed!
