I had a package stolen from one of the dashers and I had video proof and was also in contact with the police. I let doordash know to hopefully get her removed from being a dasher. Aylin from Doordash was sooo helpful and understanding. I sent all the proof I had including all the videos from my doorbell, outside camera, receipt of the item that was in the package, and the cops contact information. She let me know that dasher was removed from any future deliveries and they also refunded me for the price of the item that the dasher stole!! I was so impressed and I am so thankful.

I've ordered off of DoorDash a plethora of times, and I especially like door dashing for dinner. The other night, I ordered for my family as well, and we received all that came with our food. Overall it's everything you should expect out of a delivery service like this.

Great company

I order from DoorDash several times a week and always have great service. On an occasion when something missing from my order or something is wrong, online customer service has taken care of it immediately. I have always appreciated their quick and timely support.

Allow me to just say this first, is that it's nice for small companies that don't offer any to go options.

But, for about two months, I survived off DoorDash under the circumstances I had. Every driver was super nice, and a few even stayed for a second to chat. Food remained hot and not tampered with. It's just what I'd expect from a third party food delivery company.

I love Door dash! I have used it about four times. The order is always on time, left where instructed, and I don't have to explain where I live, or go find the Dasher employee because they can't find my home.

DoorDash competes with UberEATS in Australia and here is why I think DoorDash is way better. On demand delivery is their only business. They are in the business of delivering food and goods quickly. They aren’t interested in controlling other aspects of your life like the other company. If I want food I’ll pick DoorDash, if I want a driver I’ll call a taxi or use another ride sharing app. Never let one company own everything you use. Don’t let them win. DoorDash is the GOAT of on demand delivery, and I am speaking as a customer and a driver. Thank you for coming to Australia DoorDash, we needed you more than we know!

I was charged with a anual renual of their anual membership, but I don't use their services often so I forgot to end my membership. I called them to refund me and they cancelled my membership and refunded me with no hassle. Very good customer service.

Alicia was great. Food was still hot when we got it.
