DoneSafe is customisable from the ground up, meaning you dont have to change how you work to match the software and standard modules, you get to create your system to suit you.

While the front end is really user friendly and simplistic for the end user, the background module configuration for the technical admin is complex with a lot of learning required.

Know what you want to achieve with the software before you start, be ambitious and push the boundries, DoneSafe love a challenge!

We were able to absorb 4 different pieces of software with DoneSafe due to the customisation of modules.

Moving staff to one system is a challenge but DoneSafe keeps all screens with a similar format in terms of operation so it is easier for the end user to get the hang of it.

We have taken on the challenge with DoneSafes support, to build our own custom module so we can take our ships logs digital, but i a way that suits us.

All areas of Donesafe are friendly to use and configure

Nothing to dislike about the product, all areas function as they are configured

Plan the setup/configuration. DoneSafe is highly configurable so planning is essential.

We now have an all in one platform for events, hazards, audits, meeting, obligations, drills, and risk. We have never had that before so the visibility is fantastic

How slow the click process is and the having to go into action for discriptions

The system has provided much more visibility and transparency than we have ever had which has allowed us to really drill down on some of our high risk areas.

Our initial interaction and setup was being completed by a sales person but once we had a developer allocated that all changed to the better

Some of the additional apps available can be limited in functionality when requiring advanced processes from the core offerings of the platform. This is a minor issue though, and the core components are more than adequate to address a workplace safety function in full.

Some automations need a bit after expansion however, I don't have any dislikes of the system, it can do everything asked of it.

DoneSafe is the most configurable system I have ever used, it works flawlessly on both desktop and mobile devices and can enhance any business capability with ease. Its uses are endless.

A little bit more business/operation reporting function that they can set up themself rather than relying on admins to set up reports.

It is a great tool with a ton of customising automation and forms to make the product work best for you and your business.
