The most helpful part has been a support rep's immediate support and dedication to our Docupace. Their attentiveness and care for our systems is amazing

The UI can be difficult to navigate at times. Having multiple different areas to manage things like reps, codes, etc seems unnecessary

The rollout of the new support portal has been massively beneficial in turnaround time on support needs.

I like the search ability of the program. I also like how easy it is to move things between folders should you need to rearrange where things are stored. Everything's is easy to update without ever losing anything.

I wish there were more drag and drop capabilities.

Eliminating paper files!! And provides a much easier way to search files.

Docupace is easy to teach others. We describe it as walking up to a file cabinet! File the same way you would if it was in paper.

I love the simplicity of this resource. I often have trouble uploading documents via email but with docuspace is allows me to coordinate with my peers.

There are slight lags but I am unsure if that has to do with my internet service

There are limitations to every product and sometimes pie in the sky is not always feasble. A better understanding of the RIA space with the Transition organization would be beneficial.

The ability to support transitions and a vehicle to provide our clients with new account opening.

It's clearly designed with financial advisors in mind. It allows you to assign one file to my multiple clients, which is great for planning, since often times we search by a client or spouse name.

It's not designed for solo reps. For example, every time I create a new client, I have to select my self as "rep", even though I'm literally the only rep in the firm.

It allows us to securely store our client files digitally. It reduces paper.
