DW sends out automated invoice reminders and makes you money without you having to hunt it down. You can send your clients USCIS documents in their native language to fill out and send back to you and it will then translate it to English, saving you all tons of time in translation. The notes section helps our office know what happened at the last contact with client. Overall a great program and I'm sure I'm not even using the full extent of it!

I wish it pre-populated the forms with more information, I feel like we have more information in the system that gets left out of the forms.

The platform is easy to use and brings all your needs as an immigration attorney under one platform.

The two factor login each time is wat I dislike the most.

It allows us to use forms, calendar, set reminders, and do billing.

Once you start to understand the docketwise system, which doesn't take long, a month at the most, you feel familiar with the system and you know what to do and what to follow to use it effectively and efficiently. if you don't know something, the support helps you instantly! it's very good. It also integrates easily to other softwares like Clio.

Some tools are very restricted or changes will take time or to the system or features to be disabled, that's generates delays in during work time.

Form filling, e signatures, calendar meetings, SIJS 21 birthday alarms, expiration dates and new forms are included in fast and efficient way. That benefits with no losing time.

I love the interactiveness and the ease of navigating. I also love the ease of implementation and integration to the forms. The number of features is awesome!

Nothing that I can think of. Everything about Docketwise has been a wonderful experience!

It saves time and makes workflow more efficient. It also helps to minimize confusion when needing information from the client because they can leave their questions directly on the form and be guided as if you're holding their hand.
