I've been using DocHub whenever I need to make quick changes to PDF files or prepare documents before sharing them. The interface is clean, so I don't spend time looking for basic tools like adding text, signatures, or comments. I also like that everything runs in the browser, which makes it convenient when I'm working on different devices. For simple document editing and e-signatures, it keeps the process straightforward without feeling complicated.

For everyday PDF work, it performs well, but there are times when heavily designed PDFs are easier to edit in the original source file first. I would also like a few more advanced editing options so small layout adjustments can be done without switching to another application.

DocHub helps me complete document-related tasks without printing or using multiple PDF tools. I can review a file, make small edits, add a signature when needed, and share it from one place. It saves time during routine paperwork and makes document handling much simpler, especially when files need to be sent back quickly.

This platform is easy to use. I've updated many forms and made them available to our staff for electronically filling out timesheets. It is also easy to track them.

I'm not sure I found anything I dislike about DocHub.

I like that I can easily open documents received through my email with DocHub. It's super helpful to track documents that I 've sent for signatures.

I would like it to recognize and insert text boxes rather than create text boxes to type in information.

It helps me obtain and complete documents that require electronic signatures either from me or from the CEO. I love that I can have the form sent automatically to the requestor once all signatures are obtained.

The value for the price is unmatched. Anytime I have an issue they are quick to address it

The lack of an API integration and the sign requests doesn’t work great on customer’s mobile device

I love the individuality of the software because it isn’t cookie cutter. I can change & update a document in just about any way.

I've looked at several of the other e-signature services, and many of them are surprisingly expensive, especially for a small business. We send a lot of contracts every month, but they're mostly for smaller events—not million-dollar corporate deals. DocHub has been a great fit because the price is very reasonable, it's easy to use, and it has everything we need without all the extra complexity.

The interface is simple, our clients have no trouble signing documents, and we were able to start using it almost immediately. For a small business that needs to send a lot of contracts without spending a fortune, DocHub has been an excellent solution.

Honestly, there isn't much I dislike. Every once in a while I've run into a tiny bug, but that's true of just about any software. The important part is that it gets fixed quickly.

Easy to use cost effective - we have been using it for 5 years with no complaints.

Some things are a big manual and it can be time consuming to add the same fields multiple times.

Contract and document signing

Very clear interface, able to track email status, ability to edit documents in real time. We are able to keep track of performance review signatures as well as contracts for work. Paying one low price annually is helpful for our business account.

It would be amazing to be able to create a fillable PDF on the site as well as sending out documents for signatures. Otherwise I am highly satisfied.

DocHub helps us stay on top of signatures and agreements for contracts, performance reviews, and other high stakes documents. The automatic reminders and ability to see if the person has opened the emails help to know the status and hold all involved accountable.

It’s very convenient for my clients to be able to sign off on contracts while they’re on the go from their phones. I also like that I’m notified right away once a document is signed, so I don’t have to open the app just to check the status. These conveniences are well priced compared to other products on the market. It works well on my mac computer and from my apple phone and have not had any complaints from clients on different platforms.

It works perfectly for my needs and have not encountered any issues.

Before using DocHub, I used to email contracts to clients, and they would have to print them, scan them, and send them back to me. That process was incredibly painful for the client and very time-consuming on my end. It also made it hard to get everything completed in a timely manner, and I often had to send follow-ups to keep things moving. Now we can get jobs confirmed much faster, and the whole process is far more convenient for both parties.
