For the most part, I am in contact with the Support through our TAM contract. I like how it all works seamlessly and flawlessly, solutions come quickly.

The first big project we used the product for was a Datacenter migration of a Sharepoint platform. Now we plan to use it to migrate apps and content (also Sharepoint) from on-premise to Azure and Office365.

It was able to replicate a top down web application I.E. the structure and move the content over.

They are continuing to improve and update their software. Since we've started using their product they have released well over 4+ upgrades all of which has helped the processes in speed and functionality.

It didn't move everything. Due to our very large environment, a good bulk of information was not moved. This may have been an isolated incident to just our experience but it did cause us major headaches.

At the time it did not support nintex workflows. However since then, they now do.

Its great for on prem environments.
