The ease of setting up and managing DNS records is our favorite part, nothing is hidden or oversimplified that in the end just makes it harder to do what we want.

Honestly nothing, very few products I can say that about but I honestly can't think of a single thing I'd change, even the price is more than reasonable.

Managing DNS records for all our domains (20+) with a reliable DNS service that we can count on to stay up. And the simple reports let us see what is going on quickly and easily.

The integration with OctoDNS via the robust API has significantly streamlined our automation processes. The support team's rapid response times and willingness to help have been invaluable for the rare times we needed it. Most importantly, the consistently excellent DNS performance ensures our applications are always accessible without any worries.

If I had one suggestion, it would be for a modern redesign of the web interface. While functional, a new layout would improve the overall user experience.

We have used DNSMadeEasy for many years. The primary driver was the need for an active DNS failo9ver service to support DR mandates. Their service has served this need well, with an easy to understand interface, and a very reasonable annual cost.

We build infrastructure for the internet; as such DNS is essential! We've been using DNS Made Easy for almost 10 years now. During that time we've had to evaluate other DNS providers for our customers. Not one has gotten close to the uptime and availability of DNS Made Easy. We monitor DNS Made Easy very strictly and during those 10 years we have never seen an outage affecting their entire network.

Their interface is getting old now. It works and they do add new features (like support for CAA records) but it's still clunky. There is an API however there is a single key for all requests for the API. We have ~20 servers generating SSL certificates via DNS authentication and so need this one API key. If it ever gets compromised we're going to have a headache rotating it.

Infrastructure we haven't had to worry about. We work with Linux which has the concept of each part of a system doing "one thing well".

The solution is easy to use with a full array of DNS functions. Uptime is excellent with 99.9% uptime. Support is great and they provide an easy-to-use knowledge base and training documentation. Cost is excellent.

No issues were experienced with the platform. We have been a customer for over 14 years and have experienced only one short service outage.

DNS Made Easy is an excellent service for your DNS needs. They've got an API that a developer can leverage to build in automation, as well as some fantastic customer support. There's also a Terraform module if you're using that to manage your Infrastructure. The module makes it easy to commit your DNS records to version control.

If you're ever curious about different ways to tackle a problem, they're always available to help walk you through things. Their dashboard is straightforward, albeit a little old-fashioned in the looks department. But it gets you the information you need with minimal mouse clicks. They support multi-factor authentication for logins, which is nice. We've been a customer for over five years and haven't run into any issues.

The DNS Made Easy Customer service is outstanding. Jesse went above and beyond to ensure I could get what I needed. He was clear, clever and helpful.

There was nothing I disliked about the DNS Made Easy service.
