I find that the user interface of Deltek Project Portfolio Management could benefit from more walkthrough tutorials. As a new user, having additional guidance would help in understanding and navigating the software more effectively.

Need to know how to get ub out of our system.

The ease at which we can use the product for our earned value certification. I really enjoy how the product integrates with other programs. There are no competitors when it comes to earned value management.

Sometimes the program can be a little quirky with how data is integrated and errors are reviewed. Having to log out of the program and log back in can become a bother.

They are solving the DOE new JSON dataset file requirements. The benefit of having Deltek experts available for training and questions has been very valuable. Our month-end metric analysis process has been greatly enhanced.

The software is starting to feel a bit outdated and cumbersome. Most competitor packages are now becoming enterprise-based. Features like saving layouts in Acumen and similar functions are a hassle.
