DataLion Reviews

Possibility to customize the tool according to your needs

I have had a great experience with Datalion.

We are using Datalion software to create a custom Business Intelligence tool with data coming from different automatic and manual data sources

I like the flexibility of the software. At the same time, the entire DataLion team helps with a solution. The export function of a chart or graph and embedding dashboards to a website with DataLion is straightforward. The embedding function allows us to generate insights of our data for our audience and customers by far less than half of the usual time needed before. Also the various types of graphs and the complete customization of the dashboards is beneficial.

Because total data customization is possible, it takes some time to understand the advantage that DataLion offers its users. Nevertheless, the DataLion team helps out, and the documentation is a great help, too.

It is always good to request a demo meeting to see the DataLion team if support is needed and how the software works.

I can now visualize data to generate faster insights. I am minimizing manual steps due to predefined dashboards. I'm saving time.

uncomplicated, service-oriented interaction with the customer service department

ease of use of the tool

free trial to get the look and feel

Great experience with the software so far

processing of data and elaboration of presentations

It is very customizable and has the best tools to create the charts that I want; also, they have many connectors that other software doesn't have. The availability of DataLion's team is also very impressive!

Sometimes I felt a little bit lost on the interface, but I think it's not a problem because the team gave me the possibility to try DataLion for 30 days for free!

Generating charts

I like the most that I can build my own reports with drag & drop in Minutes.

I dislike that I didn't discover DataLion earlier.

I wanted to change the Workflow from static reports in PowerPoint to a customizable server based solution.

Lots of visualization options

High functionality

Gives you the possibility to look at your data from all angles quite easy and fast

Constant improvements (based on customer feedback)

Layout/design could be more modern

Adapting design/layout and "making dashboards look really pretty" requires some effort

Creating dashboards for market research studies

Replacing Powerpoint reports with dashboards

- ease of use, especially for market research

- friendly team willing to help and keen to improve the software continuously

The simplicity comes at the price of limited flexibility compared to other solutions like Tableau.

- provide the power of data analysis to people who are motivated by content rather than the technical side of working with data

Great collaboration! DataLion is a responsive & competent partner in handling significant data assets and dashboards.

There have been no negative experiences so far.

dashboards, weighting and data assets

I really like that you are able to define in detail which data is displayed for a certain role/login

Sometimes the loading times (especially relevant for reports with a lot of data/calculations)

Displaying and visualizing data in a way, which is exactly what our client wants (highly customized).

The contacts at DataLion are very committed. If you have problems, you can count on help. DataLion reacts quickly to requests for new functions.

Concerning free test phases, other providers are a little more generous.

We offer our customers dashboards for market research results based on DataLion.
