Bob and the DataBasics support team always takes extra time to show my the steps to solve a problem myself in the future. If it can't be solved by me, they explain in clearly and give me confidence that it won't happen again.

Nothing really comes to mind that I don't like. I have never had any bad experiences with DataBasics support.

What I like most is the fact that it is possible to use it anywhere, on multiple devices. I also like the receipt express.

Inputting work expenses is easy to do and can be done directly from a smartphone. The automatic transactions feed makes it so that your manual entry is kept to a minimum.

I personally have not had a bad experience using this product. A slight learning curve but nothing bad.

We have used the software mainly for time and expense tracking for our organisation and it proves to be excellent at it. It is very easy to use and has a decent customer support infrastructure. I found it be very stable and useful.

Nothing to dislike usually but would like to point out few points for improvement. Deleting a user is very tedious and can be worked upon. Report writing is a bit difficult job.

Logging time and how easy it is to submit

The expense portion is very confusing. When uploading a photo, you have to go through an extensive process and the breakdown between billable and nonbillable doesn’t make sense
