Duplication of data
What do you like best about Data Deduplication Tool?
The things I appreciate about it is the support and best practice recommendations provided by the team. It would be helpful to have an API connection to our CRM system.
What do you dislike about Data Deduplication Tool?
I dislikes that not being able to run the tool myself and having to rely on contacting the team for assistance. It would be more convenient if we had the freedom to use it whenever needed.

This Data Deduplication Tool has been truly amazing! It solves our issue of data saving us time and effort. As a result our business now runs efficiently thanks, to this tool.

What do you like best about Data Deduplication Tool?
The fact that you can customize de-duping rules; this and other custom solutions are not available anywhere else.
What do you dislike about Data Deduplication Tool?
The only issue is sometimes it is hard to get the data that is needed to do a proper data cleansing and analysis due to internal data limitations. But even then, then Team is there to support with best practice recommendations to help overcome your internal challenges.

Contact the team, they will be happy to help run the tool for you for the same price point.
What problems is Data Deduplication Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our historical data was in an unusable format with duplicates which was cleansed prior to uploading to a new dashboard. Custom classification was also implemented for the ability to see data split in a way that is meaningful for our business.

Great tool for data cleansing for my business
What do you like best about Data Deduplication Tool?
This the the only tool that I can find that allows me to use my rules to build a master record. This has been our go to good for data cleansing saving us a ton of time.
What do you dislike about Data Deduplication Tool?
More automation would be great. For example, being able to verify emails.
What problems is Data Deduplication Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this to improve the data quality for our marketing clients which we need for measuring results and keeping our marketing lists clean for emails and custom audiences.

As a demand gen professional, to have and maintain a clean database is one of the most seemingly unattainable but critical endeavors to success. This tool from StrategicDB actually makes it possible!

There really is nothing that stands out as a dislike to me aside from taking time.

You can do your homework on your options but I have tried RingLead, Netprospex Workbench and even Data.com and I prefer the De-Duplication Tool. It was developed by marketing-minded professionals who live and breathe clean databases.

Extremely User Friendly Tool
What do you like best about Data Deduplication Tool?
You'd think it would be easier to de-dupe lists nowadays, but it's so easy to over/under-scrub a list! This tool is extremely intuitive and user friendly.
What do you dislike about Data Deduplication Tool?
While it does take time to input rules, you can rest assured that the list will be accurately de-duped for you.

If you need a quick and easy tool, this is definitely the one for you!

No cons. Team has excellent support. The only bad thing is that they are so quick in helping there's always something to review!

Customized Data Quality Project, they were able to customize de-duping, data normalization and help set-up data quality dashboards

Lack of intuitiveness
What do you like best about Data Deduplication Tool?
The Data Deduplication Tool has obstructed my data management by increasing redundancy and decreasing storage. The tools lacks the capability to identify and eliminate files.
What do you dislike about Data Deduplication Tool?
I find poor that I am unbale to reclaim valuable storage space and decrease my data organization. The tools less user friendly interface and hectic integration make it diffiutl to navigate and utilize.

The tool lacks customization options, which limits its adaptability to meet requirements. Navigating and utilizing the tools interface id somewhat diffiult due to its complexity.
